In the past two months, while everyone was developing themselves and getting stronger, I was stuck at the same point, I'm still stronger than most people... but winning requires being better than everyone.
Elliot and Emeris were at Rank 4, and there are other people from the other Empires at Rank 4 too... so my situation was bad... very bad.
And even though I don't like this, I didn't really have to win... it's enough for one of us to win, maybe Elliot or even Emeris, and I'll ask them to bring it for me.
Knowing Elliot I don't think he'd refuse if I told him about my condition... as for Emeris... well, she's Emeris.
I put my hand on the glass as I muttered to myself... I've been talking to myself more than usual lately. "Who knows, maybe I won't have to in the end."
I turned and headed out of my room... maybe I'll go eat something, it's almost lunchtime anyway.
