From my seat I stared at the mysterious man and Alicia standing near the bodies.
He was wearing a black uniform with a white mask on his face that hid all of his features, which made knowing his identity impossible..
And even though I could clearly see Alicia's mouth moving and she was obviously talking, I couldn't hear anything they were saying even though they were barely four meters away from me in the same closed room.
Like I always say, strange men always come with surprises... what am I thinking.
And through all these minutes of silent talking, the man kept giving me a look every now and then that made the hair on the back of my neck stand up, maybe he doesn't like me, or Alicia is saying too much about me... I'm betting on the first one.
In the end after what felt like an eternity of terrifying silence, the man nodded as he gave Alicia a deep bow, and only then did the sounds finally come back to the room.
