Chapter 260 - The Long-Awaited Wedding

The golden-orange light of the afternoon sun slowly crept in through the large windows of Elisa's magnificent mansion located in the capital.

The Altavis family and the Guartav family had just returned from the Garveon Kingdom's palace. The group's mood felt much lighter and more relieved. A historic decision had just been made today.

The relationship between Prince Felix and Erica had been officially approved. For the first time since the Garveon Kingdom was established, the Altavis family cast aside their historical boundaries and were willing to marry off one of their family members to a descendant of the royal family.

Now, all members of the Altavis and Guartav families were gathering in the mansion's spacious and comfortable family room. They sat relaxing, enjoying warm tea and light snacks, letting the familial atmosphere flow naturally.

After discussing a little about the preparations for Erica's engagement, the direction of the conversation slowly shifted to Kazien, specifically regarding the youth's grand plan to go adventuring around the world.

Duchess Larina placed her teacup on the table, then looked straight at her youngest son.

"When do you plan to travel around the world, Kazien?" Duchess Larina asked, opening the conversation with a calm, motherly tone.

Kazien, who was sitting flanked by his three fiancés, answered without hesitation. "After the four of us officially graduate from the academy, I will return and settle in the Altavis territory first for two months. After that, we will then begin the journey."

Kazien tilted his head slightly. "Why do you ask, Mother?"

"It's nothing." Duchess Larina replied with a faint smile. "I just wanted to know your departure schedule so we can prepare all your necessities later."

However, the Duchess's smile slowly turned into a probing gaze. She shifted her gaze, looking at Alvin, Allen, and Arken in turn, before finally locking her eyes back on her son's face.

"Then..." Duchess Larina continued, her tone of voice turning slightly demanding. "When will you marry the three of them?"

That direct question successfully made Kazien freeze stiffly. The silvery-white-haired youth blinked his eyes a few times, his brain suddenly going blank. He himself did not know how to answer because all this time his focus had only been divided between finishing his affairs at the academy and planning preparations to face the disaster in the future.

Seeing his fiancé confused, Alvin took the initiative. The golden-yellow-haired High Elf turned his head and looked at Kazien with a gentle yet firm gaze.

"My Dear, it would be better if we just got married in the near future to make our relationship official." Alvin suggested suddenly, his voice flowing calmly, breaking the silence of the room.

Kazien, who was previously lost in his reverie and confusion, immediately turned his head, looking at the face of the High Elf beside him.

"Get married?" Kazien repeated, just to confirm what he heard. "Are you serious about what you said, Alvin?"

"Yes, I am very sure!" Alvin answered firmly, without the slightest doubt in his eyes.

Kazien then turned to the other side, looking at Allen and Arken alternately. "What about the two of you?"

"Of course, get married!" Allen answered quickly, crossing his arms over his chest with a confident expression. "Isn't marriage a bond that we have always been waiting for all this time?"

"He's right, Huby!" Arken added enthusiastically, shifting his seat closer to Kazien. "All this time, the three of us have wanted nothing more than to marry and be officially bound to you."

Kazien let out a soft sigh, looking at his three fiancés with a realistic gaze. "Even though our current age hasn't even reached sixteen years old?"

The three youths nodded simultaneously, completely unbothered by that number.

"Age means nothing to us, My Love." Allen answered casually, providing a very rational argument. "You are marrying us to bind a sacred vow, not to play with us. Besides, the faces and physiques of all of us will never change and age forever, right?"

Allen stared intently at Kazien's face, his expression turning very serious. "If you reject this idea of marriage now... it is a sign that you are not serious about making us your life companions."

Hearing the subtle yet striking pressure from Allen, Kazien fell silent for a moment. He leaned his back against the sofa, thinking very carefully about the pros and cons of the decision he was about to make this time.

From the beginning, I really wanted to marry the three of them, and indeed that is my goal. Kazien thought to himself. But, if we officially marry and in the end we have intimate relations, biologically Alvin will become pregnant and his body will turn into a woman's.

Kazien's brow furrowed slightly. If he turns into a woman and we have a child from that relationship, will everything be alright if we have to adventure across continents while bringing along a vulnerable baby?

Not wanting to take a risk without consent, Kazien decided to voice his concerns directly.

"What if you immediately conceive and have a child not long after we get married, Alvin?" Kazien asked to confirm, looking at the golden-yellow-haired High Elf seriously. "Don't you already know about that? Your body will change."

"That is absolutely not a problem!" Alvin answered quickly and straightforwardly, as if he had been thinking about it for a long time. "The sooner I give birth to a child, the sooner I will complete that phase so I won't have to turn into a woman again in the future. So, please marry the three of us immediately, My Dear."

The reason Alvin stated sounded quite logical to Kazien. The phase of gender change in Alvin was indeed absolutely bound to happen by the power of Goddess Nirfelia.

He fell silent again for quite a long time, thinking about all the logistical and security preparations if that scenario truly happened while they were on their journey.

Seeing his fiancé still weighing things out, Alvin tilted his head and smiled gently.

"My Dear..." Alvin called out, breaking Kazien's reverie. "It's better for me to conceive, give birth, and raise our child while we are adventuring now, rather than having to face a pregnancy period when that chaos has truly happened, right?"

That final argument from Alvin successfully cornered the silvery-white-haired youth further with an irrefutable logic. He let out a long sigh, then finally nodded in agreement with a sincere smile on his lips.

"Alright, I will marry the three of you!" Kazien decided firmly. "But, our adventure schedule remains unchanged. We will still depart according to plan."

That absolute decision instantly changed the atmosphere in the mansion's family room to be very bright. Not only were Alvin, Allen, and Arken feeling relieved and happy after hearing Kazien's decision that he was willing to marry them, but all members of the Altavis and Guartav families who listened to the conversation also smiled happily.

"So, when is the exact schedule for the wedding of the four of you?" Duchess Larina asked enthusiastically, her eyes sparkling with impatience.

"Just next month, Mother." Kazien answered without hesitation. "Because the month after that, the four of us must immediately set off to travel around the world to place many coordinate points so that we can move places very quickly when that chaos begins to strike this continent."

"Alright then!" Duchess Larina said happily, clapping her hands together. "We will immediately prepare everything for the wedding party for the four of you after your graduation!"

Seeing his mother's face so enthusiastic and the happy smiles blooming on the faces of his three fiancés, Kazien also felt relieved and happy. The burden on his shoulders felt slightly lifted.

Behind the current calmness of his heart, Kazien looked out the window. He was impatient to soon begin his adventure to new places he had never visited before.

But in the deepest bottom of his heart, he was also impatient to quickly exact revenge against the demon race and the dragon race who had killed Alvin's parents, the tragedy that ultimately caused the Latreess Kingdom to be utterly destroyed in the past.
