Indigo Plateau, in Goodshow's office, he's about to take a quick nap during the lunch break, when suddenly he wakes up.

Goodshow's shock widens his eyes, and he looks at his broadcasting device.
How could it be Damian broadcasting?
Goodshow is stunned.
Cinnabar Island.
Red turns his head toward the broadcasting pole by the roadside.
Celadon City.
Erika just woke up and looks toward the broadcasting device beside the Gym apprentice.
Cerulean City.
Lance, cloaked and cold, halts his steps; iciness shimmers in his eyes.
Ecruteak City.
Kimono Girls sit in the backyard, puzzled and listless.
Blackthorn City.
Karen smiles slowly, Ahahaha—let's see what she heard? Damian, as expected, he's the man I have my eyes on.
Mahogany Town.
In the lifeless, cold Gym, ice sculptures stand frozen, elder in a wheelchair listening to the broadcast, rubbing the fur on Swinub's leg with a calm expression.
Meanwhile, people across Kanto and Johto hear the opening line and are baffled or stunned.
"Wow— Lord Damian is so cool!"
"Damian? Is that the Damian from last year's Indigo Plateau Conference?"
"Florian! You hurry over! Is that your idol Damian?! Huh? Damian joined Team Rocket?!"
"Who is Damian?"
"Last year's Indigo Plateau Conference Champion Damian? Isn't he the son of Viridian Gym's Giovanni? How did he join Team Rocket."
"Damn! Our new Kanto star joined an evil organization!"
Across Kanto and Johto, Team Rocket members hear the broadcast with excitement; some who know Damian are shocked; some who don't know him are puzzled how an evil organization member is broadcasting.

"Is this the Radio Tower's broadcast? Team Rocket actually invaded the Radio Tower?!"
In the Goldenrod City Police Department, Chief Jenny can't stay calm.
Because it's clear now that Damian's broadcast is broadcast via Radio Tower.
And Radio Tower is one of Johto Region's biggest towers; its broadcast can reach across all of Kanto.
How dare Team Rocket do this?!
"Makoto! Dispatch your organization manpower immediately, report to the League, then contact Gym Leader Whitney and have her come for reinforcements!"
"Asuka, you dispatch people to evacuate the crowds near the Radio Tower."
Chief Jenny's face is white with anger; she gives clear orders.
Team Rocket, the Born Evil!
Chief Jenny grits her teeth; last time Team Rocket attacked the Pokémon Association in broad daylight, and most of the upper echelon of the Pokémon Association died or were killed!
And now they've invaded the Radio Tower again—how dare them!
What do Team Rocket think this means? They're picking on Goldenrod City, right?

Patrol cars start rolling out of the Goldenrod City Police Department toward the Radio Tower.
Inside the Radio Tower, staffers are stunned, staring at Damian as he speaks.
Then, the next moment, the staffer swallows hard and trembles uncontrollably.
My goodness!! He's in the same room as the vicious Team Rocket!
Damian, of course, pays no attention to the terrified staffer; he's already settling into the moment.
"Of course, many people may not know me, so I'll introduce myself."
Damian's tone is calm, elegant, unhurried.
"Up to today, I was simply Team Rocket's top-tier Admin, but today is a day worth commemorating."
"Let's celebrate, everyone!"
Damian's voice grows increasingly loud and fervent.
"I have already defeated Team Rocket's boss, and only my talent leads Team Rocket to honor!"
"From today, Team Rocket is under my leadership! I! Damian! The new boss of Team Rocket!!"
Damian's voice carries intense madness and pride as he proclaims to all of Kanto his ascent.

She'd thought Damian might go big, but didn't expect him to go this far.
Seizing Radio Tower to announce himself as Team Rocket's lead to all of Kanto—this is ridiculously arrogant, yet somehow incredibly cool!
N and Gladion exchange a confused glance.
Caitlin wears a faint smile, eyes shimmering with a striking light—Damian is more and more entrancing.
Indigo Plateau, Goodshow frowns, brow creased.
Did Damian really defeated Team Rocket's boss and claim the position for himself? No, that kid is so wild; how could he hold the position of Team Rocket's lead after only joining?
But Goodshow quickly realizes this means Damian's Team Rocket is now led by him…
Unova Region.
"Giovanni, what happened to you? Your face looks terrible." On the ground, Groudon chews Poké Blocks, suddenly noticing his trainer's unusual expression.
"No, is my face really that bad?"
Giovanni lowers his phone and asks Groudon.
"Um… in human terms, your expression right now is like your wife slept with someone else, wearing a green hat."
"… Groudon, you'll never eat Poké Blocks again." Giovanni smiles gently at Groudon, "Also, from now on you're not allowed to watch TV; I'll bring the TV back to the living room."
Damn, that usually mild and gentle Groudon now acts like a brat.
"No! You can't do that, Giovanni! Without Poké Blocks and TV I'll die!"
Groudon sobs in despair; he doesn't want to live like this.
"You can't do that to me, Giovanni; we're the best partners; I'd even boil magma with your ashes if you died."
The earth shakes.

Jenny, the Chief, has arrived with her people at the Radio Tower's entrance.
But a crowd blocks the door; at the front is a short man, child-sized, carrying himself like a boy.
Jenny's expression turns cold; she recognizes him—Carr, Team Rocket's notorious executive!
"Yo, Officer Jenny, you're fast."
Carr grins, his face evil.
"Sorry, you can't go in now; you'll disrupt the Lord Damian's mood… oh wait, now he should be called the boss, haha!"
Carr is proud; this is the arrogance of Damian's "boss."
"Letting you guys affect the boss's mood is more than I can bear."
Carr's head tilts; the Sird behind him glowers at the Stinky Shorty.
"Carr! Do you know what you're doing?!"
Jenny's voice is furious.
"Of course I know. And what of it?"
"You've invaded the Radio Tower! The League headquarters has sent reinforcements; if you let the broadcasts inside the tower hurt the innocent people, you'll regret it!"
Jenny's voice is stern; she's more worried about the tower employees' lives.
"Relax, new boss has ordered it; we won't hurt those people." Carr responds nonchalantly.
"However, if you barge in, I can't guarantee anything, haha."
Carr's laughter is mocking.
Jenny's eyes are cold and furious; her chest heaves with anger as she glares at Carr.
But Carr doesn't care.
"What exactly do you want?" Jenny asks, forcing down her anger and interrogating.
"Just listen: from today, Team Rocket will undergo a rebirth!"
Carr's tone has softened to a lazy pace.
"From today, Team Rocket will be the strongest organization in the world!"
"Ladies and gentlemen, you are truly honored to witness a new era."
Damian's amused voice sends a chill through people listening across Kanto and Johto.
A crazy craze!!
Although his tone isn't overtly arrogant, this fervent madness is blasting straight into people's minds.
This era is ruled by the Pokémon League, yet this guy says Team Rocket is the strongest organization?
"Okay, that's enough for today, goodbye everyone—" Damian ends with a polite farewell to all listening.
He's said enough; he's simply broadcasting the news that he's become Team Rocket's boss.
But right now, the broadcast has exploded across Kanto and Johto…
