Since Obito and Black Zetsu decided to make a move against the Akatsuki Organization members, they immediately had White Zetsu infiltrate the Akatsuki Organization.
White Zetsu then controlled its spores to fly from underground into the Akatsuki Organization headquarters, attaching themselves to the Akatsuki Organization members without anyone noticing.
These spores could both monitor the movements of the Akatsuki Organization members and absorb their Chakra at any time to grow into new White Zetsu individuals and launch attacks.

Black Zetsu traveled underground and quickly arrived at the meeting place of Hanzou and Danzo.
Just as Black Zetsu poked half his head out from underground, intending to eavesdrop on their conversation, he suddenly saw Uchiha En following Hanzou and Danzo.
Upon seeing Uchiha En, Black Zetsu was startled and immediately retreated back underground.
Black Zetsu reacted quickly, but unfortunately, Uchiha En's Minds Eye was constantly active, and he had noticed Black Zetsu long ago.
"Why is Uchiha En here? Is it because of his previous agreement with Uchiha Madara?" Black Zetsu muttered to himself from underground.
After discovering Black Zetsu, Uchiha En did not act rashly. On one hand, Hanzou and Danzo were nearby, and on the other hand, Uchiha En wanted to confirm if there were any traces of White Zetsu or Obito around.
After some investigation, Uchiha En was able to confirm that Black Zetsu was currently alone, which made things much easier.

Furthermore, Black Zetsu was formed from Kaguya's will combined with Yin-Yang Release. With Kaguya's will protecting him, Black Zetsu was confident that no mental-power related Secret Technique could harm him.
But soon, Black Zetsu realized he was wrong. Uchiha En's Magatsu was not a mental-related technique, but a technique similar to Amaterasu.
Amaterasu releases wide-ranging Black Flames to burn opponents, and the Black Flames will not disappear until the target is completely incinerated.

Gritting his teeth, Black Zetsu could only painfully discard a portion of his body.
"Damn Uchiha En, I will definitely make you pay!" After making this threat, Black Zetsu reluctantly turned and left.
