Damian also felt weird, how did this guy fire so many death curses. He is like a machine gun, the killing curse isn't only dangerous to others but also one self, the more you use it, the more your sanity diminishes temporarily and your soul also suffers damage.
Damian attributed this strange occurence to Voldemort's immortality. The ice wall broke suddenly revealing many other spells on their way, but Damian already knew this trick will happen. He pushed Harry and then moved away from there. The ice shards fired like bullets and got embedded into wall.
Suddenly a huge force sent everything flying, Harry is blasted away, Damian barely held on with his shielding charm. After confirming Harry is okay, Damian started defending himself from the spells of Voldemort, obviously he isn't a match for this guy and getting pushed back into a corner.
Strange spells appeared one after another. Binding spells, transfiguration, black mists, explosion blasts, fire, strange lightning, killing curses, torturing curses, invisible blades more powerful than sectumspempra, projectiles, so many spells are thrown at Damian who got overwhelmed.
Finally after gathering enough mana, Damian cast the spell," Thunder God's Advent ", only then Voldemort noticed the strange clouds at the ceiling he thought it's only dust and smoke from their fight, the next second, beams of lightning descended from the ceiling and started bombarding him continuously. Not only that but Damian also cast," Descend Musphlehiem".
The fire around gathered and rushed towards Voldemort who is defending himself against the thunder. A scream echoed throughout the room as Voldemort started getting burned and bombarded by thunder and fire. As the spells are over, there is a sillhouette standing that is burning.
Damian's face turned pale, he realised he is really not a match for this dark lord yet. The dark lord Lord himself is in critical condition. He took the moment of Damian's breather to catch him, but Damian turned into obscurus and bombarded Voldemort who changed his target to Harry and immediately caught. Then he screamed, two screams intertwined. One is from Quirell and the other is from Voldemort. The hand that touched Harry started turning into dust, Voldemort tried to grab the stone, but the moment he tried to do it, Harry pushed Voldemort away by touching face.
The body started to turned into dust in front of Harry. Harry is left bewildered, then from the ashes rose a face and it screamed in anger before passing through Harry who screamed and fell down. Damian came to Harry and checked him. Currently Harry is just unconscious, his mana is also severally exhausted possibly due to the effect that turned Quirell's body to ashes and had a concussion to his head. Nothing major, he will wake up after a few days of bed rest.
Damian breathed a sigh of relief. His mana is 95% consumed. Facing the dark Lord even a severely weakened one is still not something he can do currently. As expected he is still green, he needs to gain enough combat experience for situations like this. His proud mana reserves even with the mana heart isn't enough to face this dark lord. This battle lasted for just 15 minutes and his mana reserves burned like crazy, he has to agree, the dark lord is really a terrible opponent to have.
Damian made a mental note to do some rituals later. Carrying Harry with a levitation spell, he looked back to see the fake stone which is now powder. With a wave of his hand, he stored the powder in a pouch as an evidence to Dumbledore later. As Damian is exiting the third floor corridor and ready to face the three headed dog, he came face to face with a stern looking professor McGonagall, a kind faced Dumbledore and Snape who is giving him a death glare.
" Uh, do you believe me if I say I'm sleep walking professors? ", Damian lied with a nervous laugh while Dumbledore and McGonagall checked Harry's condition. Snape said," Damian Knight ", Damian turned to snape and asked," yes professor ?".
Snape said," shut up and come to my office to accept your punishment. As the dean of your house I'm enforcing punishment on you. You'll be cleaning couldrons, my office and preparing ingredients for the next semester. In addition your summer homework will be trippled ".

Damian sighed a relief inwardly after seeing Dumbledore believed his lie at least temporarily. He racked his brains to inject enchantments after enchantments with different mana signatures wastefully into the fake stone to give a strong mana signature from it even if it's destroyed.
