he faced Hydro Pump directly.
The tremendous impact...
sent waves of pain through Zudomon's body.
But he held his ground.

he raised Thor's Hammer high above his head!
"Thor's Hammer!"
Countless arcs of electricity danced wildly across the hammer's surface!
In the next instant...
Zudomon brought the weapon crashing downward!
BANG!!
The hammer slammed directly into the column of water!
Electricity erupted violently in every direction!
The front section of Hydro Pump...
was shattered instantly!
But it didn't end there.
Even after destroying part of the attack...
the electricity didn't disappear.
Instead...
it traveled along the stream of water...
racing directly toward the opposite end!
Its speed was astonishing.
In barely an instant...
the surging electricity had already reached Suicune!
It was too fast.
Everything had happened far too suddenly.
Suicune didn't have enough time to react!
BZZZT!!
The electrical current struck Suicune's body!
Powerful electrical energy erupted in every direction.
Suicune felt...
as though its entire body had been completely paralyzed by Electric-type energy.
It let out a pained roar...
and collapsed onto its knees.
Its condition looked extremely poor.
An attack with a type advantage...
had dealt tremendous damage.
If Suicune's stamina and defenses hadn't been so exceptional...
it probably would have already collapsed.
After finally catching its breath...
Suicune struggled back onto its feet.
Then...
it stood there panting heavily...
trying to recover from the devastating blow.
