The tension vanished from Raphael's face, and a small smile curled at the corner of his lips.
So I am indeed well-known, he thought. Even the creatures in Box No.13 actually agreed.
He had only wanted to try—it didn't really cross his mind that he'd succeed.
But Raphael's moment of joy didn't last long. Just then, he spotted the Ratfolk host glancing down at the device in his hand before turning to him with a mockingly smug look.
"The guest in Box No.13 is offering fifteen units of Legendary Rank materials," the Ratfolk host said with a grin. "And he attached a message with it."
Raphael froze for a second, instinctively asking, "What message?"
"Only someone who can't even muster fifteen Legendary Rank materials," the Ratfolk host replied, "would dare to claim they can offer help?"
A wave of laughter erupted across the auction hall at once.
"Haha, that was ruthless! Such a harsh blow to Demon!"
