'I should meet with Lacus again!'
Walking down the street, Felix looked at the concert poster playing on the large screen before him and thought to himself.
Having made up his mind, Felix flagged down a taxi on the roadside, gave the driver the destination, and then closed his eyes to rest during the ride.
Upon returning home, Felix went straight to his room.
Sitting in front of the computer, Felix's hands moved swiftly across the keyboard. Soon, an email with a disguised IP address was sent to Lacus's mailbox.
In the concert backstage
While applying makeup, Lacus heard her phone beep. She reached out, picked up the phone, opened her mailbox, and looked at the email inside.
After reading the email, Lacus turned to her assistant and said.
"After the concert tonight, come with me to meet someone."
"Alright, Miss Clyne."
The assistant nodded slightly in response.

Shortly after the concert ended, Lacus left the venue in disguise. Following the address in the email, she arrived at an ordinary-looking restaurant.
Entering the restaurant, she explained the situation to the owner.
Then, led by a staff member, Lacus and her assistant entered a private room.
"Sorry to keep you waiting."
Sitting in the chair, Lacus said with an apologetic expression.
Looking at Lacus, Felix smiled slightly.
"Not at all, I just arrived myself."
"Felix, what brings you here?"
With a faint smile, Lacus inquired.
Nodding, Felix said to Lacus.
"ZAFT is about to launch a major operation soon, and the scale of this action won't be small."
"Are they planning a full-scale assault on the Earth Alliance?"
Hearing this, Lacus frowned slightly and guessed.
Nodding again, Felix took a bite of the already ordered food on the table and continued.
"You could call it a full-scale assault."
"What do you plan to do?"
Seeing this, Lacus thought for a moment and asked.
Looking at her, Felix didn't answer directly. Instead, he placed his phone on the table, turned the lazy Susan, and rotated it so the phone faced Lacus.
Lacus looked at Felix's phone with a puzzled expression, reached out to pick it up, and quickly scanned the content on the screen.
After reading it, her expression grew even more serious.
"Is all of this true?"
"If you believe it, then it's true. If you don't, then it's false."
Looking at Lacus, Felix didn't give a direct answer but instead left the choice to her. Lacus felt the weight of the decision Felix had placed before her, finding it difficult to make up her mind.
She didn't know whether to trust him or not.
The atmosphere between the two grew tense. Feeling the stiffness in the air, Felix calmly waited for Lacus to respond.
As time passed second by second, Lacus broke the silence.
"Why are you so certain that the target of this major operation is the Earth Alliance Forces' Josh-A Military Base?"
"This is the headquarters base of the Earth Alliance Forces. Attacking here would not only severely damage their forces but also demoralize them. This would put pressure on the Earth Alliance, forcing them to comply with our demands."
Facing Lacus's confusion, Felix explained to her.
As his words reached Lacus's ears, she quietly pondered them. While thinking, she looked up at Felix and asked another question.
"But why are you arranging for someone to stop this battle?"
"Because of the Cyclops System!"
Felix looked at Lacus and answered decisively. The words "Cyclops System" struck Lacus, and something instantly came to her mind. The moment she thought of it, her expression turned grave.
Seeing Lacus's serious expression, Felix continued.
"Moreover, I have a strong premonition that our military operation might be leaked."
"You mean there's a traitor?"
Lacus immediately understood, a look of surprise crossing her face as she spoke in a low voice. Felix nodded and hummed in agreement.
Lacus thought for a moment and asked, "Do you have a specific person in mind?"
"Not a specific person, but there is a suspect." Felix shook his head and then nodded as he spoke to Lacus.
Hearing this, Lacus sat attentively in her chair, ready to listen.
Felix glanced at Lacus and continued.
"That person is Captain Creuset!"
"Captain Creuset?"
Lacus's face showed astonishment, clearly finding it hard to believe such a suspicion. After all, from what she knew of Captain Creuset, he was not that kind of person.
Seeing Lacus's disbelief, Felix recounted the day Creuset had approached him.
Even after hearing Felix's account, Lacus still found it difficult to accept the suspicion. Felix was not surprised by her reaction.
Checking the time, Felix took a bite of food and said, "Well, I've told you everything I know. The rest is up to you. Remember to let me know if you find anything."
As he spoke, a confident smile appeared on Felix's face, and he added, "If you don't believe me, just wait and see. I believe time will prove my speculation and analysis. However, by then, you may not have much time left."
"I will carefully consider your words and observe whether things unfold as you say."
Lacus nodded seriously in response.
Hearing this, Felix smiled slightly, took another bite of food, and joked, "Lacus, you won't show our conversation and its contents to your father, will you?"
"Don't worry, I won't mention this matter to my father."
Hearing his teasing words, Lacus was momentarily taken aback but quickly grasped his meaning and assured him with a smile.
After giving her assurance, Lacus picked up her chopsticks and took a bite of the delicious food on the table.
"It's really delicious!"
"If it's delicious, then eat more."
Watching the joy spread across her face, Felix showed a sincere smile and softly invited her.
Looking up at Felix, Lacus wore a mischievous grin as she teased him playfully.
"I won't be paying, you know."
"Don't worry, you could eat for a lifetime and never bankrupt me."
With a light laugh, Felix replied without a second thought.
Hearing his words, Lacus paused in surprise, glanced up at Felix, and answered with a smile.
"In that case, I'll make sure to eat a lot more, so you'll really have to splurge!"
