Ethan instructed the Secretary Elena to connect with Jacobs, giving his number and asking him to be the hiring partner for the Neo trading firm. He will get 1 month of salary for each hired candidate.
The call went through, and the deal was finalised.
The secretary came in with papers and asked Ethans signature. Jacobs received a mail with Neo Trading firm contract for hiring.
Jacobs was a bit surprised at this new successful firm suddenly calling him. He knew that this firm is really strong and came out of nowhere. But since he was earning money he approved of it.
By next week after interviewing 8 people. 3 team members where hired.
During the entire interview Ethan only spoke thought intercom and video camera and the office employees handled the interview.
After a week all the employees joined. The employees where from Willow creek and shifted to Frankstad. Ethan had arranged boarding facilities on rental which was paid by Neo Trading firm at his end. Plus the pay was generous. The new joinee where happy with company arrangement and heard good name of this firm.
Ethan met them when they joined the first day, they where surprised to see a kid running the multi million dollar firm. This could be considered a very large firm in this remote part of the country.
But given the good pay and the overall value of Neo Trading firm they assumed. He must be having rich parents who are the real driver behind the scenes
The new silver trading division was build. Employee started working immediately and within a week silver trading was started. Taxation was handled by old staff. An initial investment of 500K$ was made.
A month passed by and the revenue of trading silver bullion was 250K$ and 210K$ was spent including wages and benfits of employees. This was excellent return.
In next 3 months the silver trading group became autonomous and they were monthly selling 500K$ of silver and return were close to 660k$ per month. Mainly due to extra silver added. Rightn ow the amount was only12% but Ethan was planning to increase.
Also 110k$ per month income was being generated.
On investment side there not much lead the staff was working usual and profit where the industry normal of around 9%.
XOR was still working on expanding its car line. However it will take for them to develop and launch prototype. But they where on track.
Thinking all this happening Ethan felt fulfillment.
Suddenly RO2 spoke in Ethan's mind and said, boss, I have a good idea now.
Can we start silver ETF trading as in full blown E commerce for silver bullion?
Then later on expand to expensive materials like gold & platinum.
Ethan responded to RO2. I think that's a good idea, But we need good engineers right now who know how to code website.
