Hope POV
I came back to my wife Amery as I was gone from this universe for only a few hours but I decided to go see my mother, Emilia Evans, head of the Evans Group, the biggest company in the world as I arrived to the building in the city to be wearing a suit as I teleported to the top floor.
I walked through the glass door to see my mom at her desk working.
"Are you Emilia Evans?" (Hope)
"Yes, how can I help you?" (Mom)
"You were married to Jeffrey Carson, and had a daughter with him." (Hope)
She stopped to look up at me.
"Hope?" (Mom)
"Hi mom." (Hope)
"Oh Hope." (Mom)
She got up quickly to run passed her desk to hug me as I had tears as I hugged back as she let go to look at me.
"Hope, my beautiful girl, you found me." (Mom)
"Yeah, I found you." (Hope)
"Come, sit with me." (Mom)
We walked to the couch to sit down.
"I'm sorry I left you with Jeffrey, he threatened to take you away as he said I could leave but not with you." (Mom)
"It's fine, he married me off to a family he owed money to, I'm engaged to Avery Carnes." (Hope)
"The Carnes Family, I'm partnered with Gerold Carnes." (Mom)
"Well that's good to know." (Hope)
"So, your engaged, that's a surprise." (Mom)
"Yes, I know it's probably too soon for me to move in, I understand if you want to take things slow." (Hope)
"Oh no Hope, you can come stay with me for as long as you like." (Mom)
I smiled to hug her, for the past two hours she gave me a position in the company, money, becoming heir to everything she owns and she owns a lot, my mom owns a trillion dollar company in technology, science, aerospace, and games.
"Well that's it, your a Evans, so I'll have your room made for you, you can come to see the house this weekend as I'm hosting a Gala at the estate." (Mom)
"I'll be there, just text me the address." (Hope)
"Already done." (Mom)
"I should head back, I'll see you Saturday for the Gala." (Hope)
I nodded to hug her as I walked out her office with a smile on my face.
