Their massive silhouettes were blasting through the dark sky. Their advance was making the air tremble and pressurise at several points in their path, creating a chain of terrifying sonic booms, specifically the instances where they slowed down to take a turn and then accelerated again before breaking the sound barrier.
Within moments, several attacks were hurled toward William and Rah, each one conjured from an unknown energy that pulsed with a terrifying rhythm and surged forward with immense force, distorting the space around it.
"What if I help you awaken your echo?"
The eye at the end of the tail looked at William intently for a few seconds, as if carefully measuring his worth and sincerity. There was a strange depth in that gaze, something that did not feel like it was coming from a simple-minded beast.
