When the inauguration of ministers were done, the inauguration of mayors begun.
Unlike the ministers who weren't all vampires, the position of mayors were filled by 3rd-Generation vampires just like Otur.
Afterwards, it was time for the inauguration of the Prime Minister.
Weirdly enough, during the whole event Lucky was nowhere to be seen.
And suddenly, an unknown person went onto the stage.
"Hello! My name is Victor Alucard, I will be serving as the new Prime Minister," said the person.
Some of the attendees, particularly the non-vampires, were shocked.
Who was this new person?
He looked like an elf with his long ears.
But his hair and eyes were blood-red.
With his elongated fangs, people could tell that he was a vampire.
However, to the vampires, they instinctively knew it was someone very familiar.
It was Lucky in disguise.
Why was Lucky doing this?
Well, his identity as the Sovereign were well-known to everyone in the nation by now.
Even foreigners have seen sketches of his face.
And thus, all of this attention irked soemthing inside of him.
Becoming well-known was good, but becoming too well-known would be troublesome.
And thus, he decided to create a new identity, Victor Alucard, the new Prime Minister of Pandora.
Of course, he wouldn't be abandoning his original identity. But for now, he planned to lay low in his original identity.
There were still many powerful figures unbeknownst to him in this world.
Being the Sovereign would mean being a big target.
Moreover, he had a bunch of new alternate identities he planned to use in the future.
But first, how was this possible?
Why did he look like an elf?
Why did he have blood-red hair?
Well, the answer to that would be in the Book of Ascendancy.
The book's explanation to muscle compression and control gave birth to a new idea.
He called it Musculoskeletal Manipulation. To manipulate the muscles and bones of his body.
And with him being a vampire with Blood Weaving, the technique was further enhanced.
He changed his facial structure to look more like an elf's, and he also changed his ear cartilage to look like an elf's.
He spent years perfecting it, and he had now fully mastered it.
His blood-red hair was the product of dyeing it with his own blood through Blood Weaving.
Though to keep the blood from drying and becoming discolored, he had to make the blood flow back to his body.
Doing this for every strand of hair was insane work, but with Draconic Mind he felt it was easy. This adds another new dimension to his Draconic Mind, something that he previously thought was only useful for languages like how the Tutorial Room explained.
And thus, for the rest of the ceremonial event, he went and introduced himself as Victor Alucard.
The vampires already noticed that it was Lucky, but did not bring it up. They knew Lucky did not want them to spoil his new identity.
The non-vampires were pretty awkward with him, but were soon convinced to get along by the vampires. They were told that Victor was a fellow kin.
Soon, the afterparty of the event ended and people went home.
After a while, Lucky gathered the elven sisters.
He was still using Victor Alucard's face when talking to them.
But the girls knew it was Lucky.
"Why are you gathering us in secret?" Asked Ella.
"I'm leaving Pandora," spoke Lucky.
"W-what?!" Yelled Erina.
"When are you leaving?" Asked Elena.
"Tomorrow morning," said Lucky.
"Take me with you!" Begged Erina.
"Hmmm, no. You girls stay," said Lucky.
"But why?" Asked Ella.
"To learn more about this world," spoke Lucky.
"Please tell us the truth, we know you've learned a lot of this world through us. So there's no real need to venture far away," spoke Elena.
"Well, I am telling the truth. Ever since I got stranded in this world, I've never been to anywhere else," spoke Lucky.
Then, he added, "I want to see the true beauty of this world. A world considered fantasy in my old world. And besides that, there's this thing."
Lucky brought out a metal orb from his pocket. The orb had inscriptions in numerous different languages from Earth.
Yes, it was the orb given by the old man to Lucky.
The orb that needed to be twisted in order for it to be opened.
When Lucky twisted it, a huge holographic arrow appeared.
With it, came along a number.
The number showed "15,989 KM" and the arrow pointed towards the west.
"This arrow points towards the West continent. I know I sound stupid, but this is a clue to find something that might be related to my old world," said Lucky.
"Well, it can't be helped then," said Ella.
Then, she looked at Erina and Elena.
When all 3 pairs of eyes met, they all nodded.
"Before you leave tomorrow, there's something that we need to do...." said Erina.
"Let's return to the castle to discuss it," spoke Elena.
"Alright," agreed Lucky.

Arriving at the castle, the 3 elves closed the door to the bedroom.
Then, Elena spoke first, "since we don't know when you'll come back, we weant to do this tonight."
"What do you mean?" Inquired Lucky.
"Even if we're elves, 9 years of holding hands and kissing is just taking it too slow," spoke Ella.
"And since now you're suddenly leaving us for who knows how long, we're punishing you.... or is it a reward??" Spoke Erina with a seductive smile.
"Uhh, girls?" Nervously said Lucky.
The three approaching girls were like wolves cornering their prey.
The rest of the ordeal was explanatory.

Three and a half days later, Lucky left Pandora feeling mentally exhausted.
'It took 3 whole days just to satisfy them enough, guess they must've been very pent up,' thought Lucky.
'Still, I'm lucky to have 3 beautiful girls with me. I might regret leaving now, but that's up to future me to handle!' Thought Lucky optimistically.
"Remind me again why you're coming?" Asked Lucky to a tall person next to him.
"My Liege, I am your knight. If you are leaving Pandora, I should be guarding you," spoke Aurea.
"Right, right. And how are you looking like a human?" Asked Lucky.
"Oh, this? Sir Ooro Baldur made a magic artifact that can disguise me as a human," spoke Aurea.
"How can magic do that?" Asked Lucky.
"I do not know. I've never learned magic," spoke Aurea.
"I know, that was a rhetorical question," said Lucky.
'Can't believe I got no talent in magic....' thought Lucky.
Even though old man Zed said that Draconic Mind tremendously helped with magic, it turned out that Lucky had no talent in it.
He hoped that this adventure would also lead to him finding the old man's hidden base.
