Above the Jade Chamber!
Seeing the demon god's attention shift toward Liyue Harbor, everyone's expression darkened.
If Osial merely rampaged around Guyun Stone Forest, it would be one thing—but if ordinary civilians were dragged into it, that was something neither the Qixing nor anyone present could accept.
"Alright," Luoli said calmly, ignoring Osial's raging presence, "you can go experience what it feels like to fight a demon god one-on-one."
He then added, almost casually,
"Of course, fighting on the sea isn't exactly advantageous for you, so take these."
Three crystal-clear beads flicked through the air and landed in their hands.
"These are Water-Walking Beads. While you're on water, it'll feel like solid ground."
The three women hung the beads around their necks and exchanged glances.
None of them hesitated.
Since Luoli had already decided, avoiding this battle was impossible.
In that case, resisting fate was pointless—better to face it head-on.
Eula gripped her greatsword, eyes blazing with battle intent.
"Then… let's go!"
She took the first step forward.
In an instant, a vast road of ice spread outward from the Jade Chamber, extending all the way to the sea below.
The thousand-meter-long frozen pathway was breathtaking.
With the power she now wielded, creating something like this was effortless.
Eula stepped onto the ice and slid downward as smoothly as if skating.
Shenhe couldn't help but feel shocked.
Even she would need to use powerful adeptal arts to create something of this scale—and it would cost tremendous energy.
Yet for Eula, it seemed easy.
Master was right… there truly are people beyond people.
Shenhe glanced at Luoli.
Perhaps this was connected to him as well.
No wonder her master wanted him to guide her cultivation.
As these thoughts passed through her mind, Shenhe and Noelle followed Eula down the ice path, stopping before Osial himself.
Only then did the three of them truly grasp how enormous the demon god was.
Before it, they were barely more than ants.
"I'll be the main attacker," Eula said immediately.
"You two support from the sides!"
They weren't here to defeat Osial—only to hold him off and deliver results worthy of Luoli's expectations.
Noelle nodded. "Understood. I'll assist whenever needed."
Shenhe said nothing, but gave a slight nod.
The three advanced in a triangular formation.
Eula rushed beneath Osial, skating across the ice.
Just the heads floating above the sea were hundreds of meters tall—what lay beneath the surface had to be even more terrifying.
She shook off the creeping fear.
With a sharp cry, demonic blood surged, ice energy erupting as she formed a massive ice greatsword dozens of meters long and swung it at one of Osial's heads.
Osial didn't even bother looking at her.
All four heads ignored the "insects" and stared past the Jade Chamber toward Liyue Harbor.
The ice blade struck.
To Osial's surprise, its supposedly indestructible scales cracked—leaving a visible mark.
Pain flared.
Osial's gaze snapped downward, its breath attack abruptly cut off.
Eula flashed a provocative grin and flipped away, narrowly dodging a massive shadow sweeping in from below.
"…Its tail?!"
The shockwave alone made her skin sting.
"Disgustingly huge…"
The tail's sweep whipped up towering waves.
Its thickness alone was over thirty meters—less a tail swipe and more an attempt to crush her flat.
Another head opened its jaws, blinding elemental energy gathering inside, preparing to drown Eula in raw destruction.
Noelle reacted instantly.
"I've got you!"
She drew the Amenoma Kageuchi without hesitation.
The maid landed firmly on the water's surface, then leapt high into the air.
"Dragon Hammer Flash!"
Her blade struck like lightning, powered by monstrous strength.
If not for the blade being one of the Raiden Five Traditions' treasures, it would've shattered instantly.
Even so, the sword screamed at its limit.
Using the waves to rebound, Noelle closed in and slashed directly into Osial's face.
Scales shattered, fragments flying—each larger than a person.
Osial roared in fury.
Before it could retaliate, Noelle unleashed the Flying Sword Style.
"Soaring Dragon Flash!"
She twisted midair, exploding upward into Osial's jaw.
At the same time, her Snow-Tombed Starsilver greatsword spun into motion—Whirl, Bind, Gale—combining into a devastating five-hit combo.
The impact knocked Osial's head violently aside.
Its breath attack dissipated.
Dazed and enraged, Osial's third head lunged in from the side, jaws snapping shut.
If it landed, Noelle would be finished.
With no footing midair, she could only watch the massive maw close in—
—but she wasn't alone.
From the right, Shenhe sprinted along Osial's massive neck, adeptal ice spreading outward.
"Adeptal Art — Absolution!"
A massive ice spear materialized and was hurled by the Adeptal Avatar.
It didn't deal significant damage—but it deflected the bite just enough.
That instant was all Noelle needed.
She recovered her blade.
"Dragon Cry Flash!"
As Osial's head brushed past her, Noelle unleashed a lightning-fast sheath strike.
The sonic shock rattled Osial's senses.
Before it could recover, she followed up—
BOOM!
Her greatsword smashed into its forehead, sparks exploding outward.
"So hard…!"
The recoil numbed her arms.
Seeing the shallow bloodline on Osial's brow, Noelle muttered under her breath as she fell back toward the sea—
—crashing down and sending up an enormous splash.
