Inside the mysterious space world, Bruce stood silently in the vast hall of the ancient castle.
The air inside the castle felt different from the outside world.
Heavier.
Older.
It carried a strange pressure that made the place feel sacred, as if it had existed for countless centuries.
Bruce looked down at the object resting in his hand.
The black ring.
Ancient symbols were engraved across its surface, faintly glowing with a dim silver light.
Just moments ago, the ring had spoken inside his mind.
Authority recognised.Space Master confirmed.
Bruce studied the ring carefully.
In his previous life as Aron Turner, he had encountered many advanced technologies, hidden weapons, and rare artefacts across the world.
But this ring…
It didn't resemble anything human technology could create.
Bruce slowly slid the ring onto his finger.
The moment it touched his skin—
A wave of energy spread through his entire body.
His vision blurred for a moment.
Then suddenly—
Information flooded his mind.
Not pain.
Not confusion.
Just pure knowledge.
Bruce closed his eyes as the information organised itself inside his thoughts.
A system interface appeared within his mind.
Simple.
Clean.
But incredibly powerful.
Several functions revealed themselves.
Unlimited Storage
Everything inside the space world could be stored without limit. Living or non-living objects could exist here safely.
Material Conversion
Raw materials could be converted into usable products.
Iron ore could become weapons.
Wood could become tools or structures.
Metal parts could become machines.
Weapon Creation
Blueprints stored within the system could automatically assemble advanced weapons.
Firearms.
Blades.
Armour.
And even more complicated equipment.
Energy Farming
The farmland inside the space world was not ordinary land.
It could grow crops at an accelerated rate.
Food.
Medicinal herbs.
Energy plants.
Anything planted here would grow far faster than in the outside world.
Living Storage
Animals and even people could be stored within the space world safely.
Bruce slowly opened his eyes.
For a moment, even his calm mind struggled to process the scale of the system.
"This is practically an entire civilisation inside my mind."
He looked around the castle hall again.
The stone walls stretched upward into darkness.
There were countless corridors and doors leading deeper into the structure.
"This place must contain more functions."
Bruce glanced at the ring again.
The glowing symbols slowly faded, becoming dormant once more.
But he could still feel its connection with the space world.
The ring was the key.
The control device.
Bruce turned and walked toward one of the castle windows.
Outside, the farmland spread endlessly.
The glowing river flowed peacefully through the fields.
The forest swayed gently in the wind.
This entire world belonged to him now.
Bruce crossed his arms.
"In my previous life, I built my empire with intelligence networks, money, and power."
He looked down at his hands.
"But now I have something even greater."
Resources.
Technology.
Time.
And knowledge from two lifetimes.
Bruce slowly smiled.
"With this system…"
"I can build an empire far greater than before."
But suddenly, another thought crossed his mind.
His sisters.
Each of them controlled powerful forces in the shadows.
Mercenaries.
Assassins.
Military influence.
Underworld connections.
If one day they learned about this space world…
Bruce shook his head slightly.
"No."
Not yet.
Secrets were necessary.
Even among family.
Bruce turned away from the window and walked deeper into the castle hall.
The castle interior was massive.
Stone corridors extended endlessly.
Strange symbols were carved into the walls.
Some doors remained sealed.
Others were slightly open.
Bruce stopped in front of another stone pedestal.
Unlike the first one, this pedestal held a metal cube.
About the size of a small box.
Bruce picked it up carefully.
The cube suddenly unfolded like a puzzle.
Thin metallic panels expanded outward.
Within seconds, the cube transformed into something else.
A floating holographic screen appeared above it.
Bruce raised an eyebrow.
"Interesting."
Information began appearing across the holographic display.
System Resource Status.
Food supplies.
Weapons.
Machines.
Vehicles.
Materials.
The list was enormous.
Everything he had seen earlier inside the space world was catalogued here.
Bruce scrolled through the information mentally.
Military trucks.
Construction equipment.
Engineering tools.
Generators.
Communication devices.
Even aircraft.
It was as if someone had prepared an entire survival civilisation.
Bruce leaned slightly against the pedestal.
"Who created this system?"
There was no answer.
Only silence inside the castle.
Bruce looked toward the glowing river again through the distant window.
"That river alone could revolutionise medicine."
If its healing properties were discovered by the outside world…
Governments would fight wars for it.
Bruce exhaled slowly.
"Which means this secret must never leak."
Suddenly—
His consciousness flickered again.
A signal.
Something from the outside world.
Bruce's body was waking up.
The space world slowly faded.
The castle disappeared.
The farmland vanished.
Bruce opened his eyes in his bedroom.
The afternoon sunlight had dimmed slightly.
Time had passed.
Bruce slowly sat up.
His body still felt stronger than before.
The magical river's energy was still flowing faintly through his muscles.
But then—
Bruce sensed something.
Movement outside his room.
Someone is walking in the hallway.
Slow steps.
Controlled.
Careful.
Bruce immediately recognised the pattern.
Luna.
The door didn't open.
Instead, a soft knock echoed through the room.
"Little brother."
Bruce turned his head.
"Yes?"
The door opened slightly.
Luna peeked inside.
Her silver hair reflected the dim sunlight.
Her eyes scanned the room.
"You're awake again."
Bruce nodded.
"Just resting."
Luna stepped inside.
But this time, her playful attitude was gone.
She walked toward the window and leaned against it casually.
Then she spoke without looking at him.
"You know something strange happened today."
Bruce remained silent.
"The doctor checked your medical report."
Now Bruce looked at her.
"And?"
Luna finally turned her head.
Her silver eyes locked onto his.
"The doctor said your leg should not be able to heal."
Silence filled the room.
Then Luna slowly smiled.
"But when I checked the camera footage…"
Bruce's heartbeat slowed deliberately.
"…the cameras were offline."
Bruce raised an eyebrow.
"Coincidence?"
Luna studied his face carefully.
Then she laughed softly.
"Maybe."
But the look in her eyes said something different.
She turned toward the door.
Before leaving, she spoke again.
"Little brother."
Bruce looked up.
"Yes?"
Luna placed a finger on her lips thoughtfully.
"You're hiding something."
She smiled again.
"And now I'm curious."
The door closed behind her.
Bruce sat quietly on the bed.
His mind remained calm.
But he understood something clearly now.
Luna Carter had begun investigating him.
And if the Underworld Queen truly decided to uncover a secret…
She rarely failed.
Bruce slowly leant back against the pillow.
Then a faint smile appeared on his face.
"Good."
"A little challenge will make things interesting."
Author Thoughts
Thank you for reading Chapter 6.
The mysterious castle inside the space world has now revealed some of its functions. The black ring acts as the key to controlling the system and unlocking its abilities.
Bruce now has access to powerful resources that can help him rebuild strength and create tools, weapons, and technology inside the space world.
However, the biggest problem is no longer the system itself.
Luna Carter has started investigating Bruce.
She already suspects that something about her younger brother has changed.
Luna is extremely intelligent and experienced in the underworld. If she continues digging deeper, Bruce's secret may eventually be exposed.
In the next chapter, several things will begin developing.
Bruce will explore deeper sections of the castle.
The system will reveal more advanced functions.
Luna will begin her quiet investigation.
And someone outside the Carter family will start moving in the shadows.
