Chapter 188 - Chapter 188: Theresa: I Have an Idea

[Kiana: And grant you the title of "Xianzhou's Ultimate Useless Trash"!]

[Elysia: Hey! Stop messing around, that thing absolutely cannot exist!]

[Levi: That's not within my scope of work.]

He was just an ordinary diviner from the Divination Commission. Eliminating evil cults was the Cloud Knights' responsibility, not his.

[Levi: @Elysia, just relax and stop worrying!]

[Levi: With those small fry, even if you give them two hundred years to develop, our Xianzhou can still crush them effortlessly.]

Tens of thousands of years of foundation isn't for show.

Seeing how confident Levi sounded, Elysia felt a bit more at ease.

Levi glanced at the "family members" still preaching, found a hidden spot nearby, and casually burned the certificate.

He opened the chat group and started fiddling with Kiana's profile picture.

Up in the sky, Kiana glanced at the now quiet chat group, then slumped over her desk, biting her pen.

She looked extremely bored.

The teacher's voice droned on beside her.

Something about the history of Schicksal, the history of Honkai, the history of Anti-Entropy.

And even Kallen's life achievements.

Kiana felt like her head was about to explode.

She held her head, her expression twisting painfully, then after a moment returned to her previous lifeless state.

Everyone in the classroom was already used to this scene.

Every time there was a history class, Kiana would show off her exquisite control over facial expressions.

The first time, people were startled. The second time, they were curious. By the third time, they could just ignore it.

The brown-haired middle-aged man teaching history walked over to Kiana and tapped her desk.

"Pay attention in class. Don't zone out."

Kiana replied weakly, "Yes, Mr. Welt…"

Then slowly stood up…

[Ding! Levi requests to enter your world!]

[Do you accept?]

Kiana suddenly sat up straight. Welt immediately turned around and locked the front door.

He signaled the Valkyrie at the back to lock the rear door as well.

Everyone in the classroom watched Kiana with amused expressions, curious to see what she was about to do.

Even if she did nothing, delaying class for a bit was still a good thing.

———

[In The Chat Group]

[Kiana: @Levi, what are you coming here for?]

[Kiana: Wait, weren't you with Auntie? Did you find the thing in Nagazora City?]

[Levi: Found it, but I left something on the aircraft.]

[Levi: Hurry up and accept! We'll talk when we meet!]

Kiana glanced outside. There was no aircraft in the sky, so Theresa was clearly still on her way back.

[Kiana: I'm not letting you in!]

As she said that, Kiana even added a face-making emoji she made herself.

[Levi: Don't force me…]

[Kiana: I'm forcing you. What are you going to do about it?]

[Stelle: So annoying…]

[Kiana: ?]

[Stelle: I mean, so sword!]

Stelle wiped the cold sweat off her forehead and touched the baseball bat beside her.

Good thing she reacted fast, or she almost got herself into trouble.

[Kiana: Hmph! @Levi, go on, I'm forcing you. What now?]

[Levi: Don't make me kneel and beg you! Hurry up!]

[Levi: Your aunt is bringing a Herrscher and rushing straight to St. Freya. If you don't want a Honkai outbreak happening there, then open the door right now.]

Seeing Levi's message, Kiana didn't quite believe it.

How could her aunt possibly bring a Herrscher to St. Freya?

Unless she had been controlled.

But with Levi and Judah there, even a powerful Herrscher shouldn't be able to do anything to her.

'Whatever, I've had enough fun. Let him in.'

Looking at the prompt in front of her, Kiana nodded slightly and thought, 'Accept!'

In an instant, Levi was teleported from the Luofu into midair in the classroom, head facing down.

He reacted quickly, adjusting his posture in time and barely avoiding landing head-first.

He looked up, scanned the people in front of him, and waved with a smile.

"Hey everyone."

The classroom fell completely silent. All the Valkyries stared blankly at the man who had suddenly appeared.

Welt stared at him as well, but his gaze was full of vigilance.

'This guy… is a Herrscher!'

As a fellow Herrscher, Welt was certain of it. There was no way he could be mistaken.

His hand moved behind his back as Honkai energy slowly circulated through his body.

Levi noticed this immediately. He turned his head and gave him a faint, amused look.

Welt held his breath, not daring to let his guard down for even a moment.

"You came early."

Just as the two were locked in a standoff, Kiana suddenly spoke.

Resting her chin in her hand, she looked at Levi.

"Auntie and the others aren't back yet. Want me to hurry them up for you?"

Welt froze. Seeing how naturally Kiana spoke to him, it was obvious they knew each other, and not just recently.

He suddenly began to doubt whether he had sensed wrong.

Maybe the other party wasn't a Herrscher, but Kiana's friend.

After all, proud Herrschers wouldn't make friends with humans.

"Little Kiana, take a look outside."

Levi crossed his arms and tilted his chin toward the window.

In the distance, Theresa's aircraft was slowly landing at the St. Freya port.

Levi glanced at Welt, then waved at the still-dazed Kiana.

"I'm heading out!"

Seeing him walk over, Welt stepped aside, watching as Levi opened the door and left.

Because he used too much force, the door lock shattered and fell to the ground.

Coming back to her senses, Kiana looked at Welt, who was still thinking about whether Levi was a Herrscher, and blinked.

The next second, she turned into a white blur and rushed past him.

"He's my friend! I'm going to keep an eye on him so he doesn't cause trouble!"

Seeing Kiana run out, Raiden Mei also stood up.

"I forgot to collect the clothes I washed. I'll go get them first."

After saying that, she also ran out of the classroom.

Welt glanced at the clear, cloudless sky outside. It was obviously not weather for collecting laundry.

He pinched the bridge of his nose.

He couldn't be bothered to deal with it anymore.

'Whatever.'

He picked up his textbook.

"Alright, let's continue the lesson."

After lecturing for a while about calming spells, he seemed to notice something and adjusted his glasses.

A question surfaced in his mind.

Only Kiana and Raiden Mei had left the classroom, so why were there three empty seats?

Looking at the three empty seats in front of him, Welt fell into deep thought.

———

"Shorty!"

Kiana shouted, "Why did you come out too? Aren't you supposed to be a good student?"

Bronya expressionlessly took out a recording device.

From it came Kiana's emotional voice.

"Mind your own business!"

"Tch, shorty!"

"Idiot bug."

The two looked at each other, then turned their heads away in perfect sync.

"Hmph!" ×2

Looking at the empty road ahead, Kiana scratched her head.

"Where did he go?"

At this moment, Theresa, who had just stepped off the aircraft, suddenly heard a familiar voice by her ear.

Of course, not the kind of greeting Otto would give.

"Long time no see, Theresa. Did you find it?"

Theresa patted her chest and rolled her eyes at him.

Do you really not know whether I found it or not? And you're still pretending to ask me.

Levi kept smiling and extended his hand.

"That sword, give it to me."

She had intended to hand it over, but suddenly had an idea and pulled her hand back.

With a half-smile, she looked at him.

"I found this. It belongs to St. Freya Academy. Why should I give it to you?"

Seeing this, Himeko also stepped forward and stood beside Theresa.

"The reward you mentioned earlier didn't include this item, did it?"

"…"
