Each stage has Initial → Middle → Late → Peak.
1. Body Tempering – Strengthening the body, no real qi.
2. Qi Gathering – First qi control, basic techniques.
3. Foundation Establishment – Forming a stable dantian.
4. Core Formation – Creating a Golden Core.
5. Nascent Soul – Condensing a soul-form, short flight.
6. Soul Transformation – Strong soul attacks, rare.
7. Spirit Severing – Cutting off mortal limits.
8. Origin Ascension – Peak of the Lower Realm.
Anyone stronger usually ascends to higher realms.

Sect Ranks (Lower Realm)
Rank 0 – Not a real sect. No disciples or elders.
Rank 1 – Small sect with a few disciples and a weak guard.
Rank 2 – Minor sect; outer sect is formed.
Rank 3 – Local sect; inner sect is formed.
Rank 4 – Standard sect with basic pill and forging halls.
Rank 5 – High-grade sect with peak masters.
Rank 6 – Superior sect with multiple peaks.
Rank 7 – Great sect with powerful elders.
Rank 8 – Dominant sect controlling regional influence.
Rank 9 – Supreme sect, near the top of the realm.
Rank 10 – Legendary sect; pinnacle of the Lower Realm.
