At this moment, the entire Asgardian battlefield was still frozen in stopped time. A blond warrior's warhammer was smashing toward the head of a Kree mech, but the hammerhead had stopped half an inch from the metal shell, and even the scattering metal fragments hung motionless in the air like forgotten stars.
Beneath the city wall, the dark purple beam fired from a Kree soldier's energy rifle was frozen in front of a charging Asgardian's chest. The particles drifting inside the beam were clearly visible, while the soldier's terrified eyes had not yet moved away from the opponent's bloodstained fangs.
A special spike-shaped device was embedded in the space above Asgard, occasionally sending out tiny ripples. Across this battlefield where time had been stopped, it was the only thing that could still move.
Following Doctor Strange's command, the device suddenly released an ear-piercing screech like a jammed gear, and the light on its surface went out at once, like a candle being pinched dead.
The frozen scene trembled violently.
The warhammer smashed down with the force of thunder, crushing the mech's head. Metal fragments howled outward in every direction, and one piece scraped across the warrior's cheek, cutting a thin line of blood into his skin.
The dark purple beam instantly pierced the charging Asgardian's chest, dragging out a hot spray of blood. The Asgardian grunted and dropped to one knee, the dull sound of his knee striking stone mixing with the Kree soldier's scream.
Roars and wails above and below the city wall tore through the silence at the same time. Asgardian battle cries mingled with the crisp sound of breaking bone, while the cannons of Kree mechs continued to spit flames, burning ancient murals into charred ash.
The flood of time surged across the battlefield like a broken dam, carrying a force that crushed everything in its path and giving all that frozen pain and slaughter its rushing life once more.
The moment time began flowing again, Thor was the first to charge forward. He crashed into the battlefield and overturned dozens of Kree mechs in a single blow.
Doctor Strange and the members of the Illuminati also rushed in. Doctor Strange attacked with an ancient magic that could either transform him into powerful magical beasts or summon certain magical beasts.
Harry noticed that this Illuminati Doctor Strange was several times stronger than the Strange from his own universe.
That made him wonder whether he should put Strange through some special training. With his current strength, Strange could only rank somewhere in the middle among the Doctor Stranges of the multiverse. He was a little weak.
Doctor Strange directly summoned a nine-headed dragon to attack the Kree mechs. His strength was even greater than Thor's, and he tore the Kree mechs apart with ease.
Harry could not help admiring the Illuminati's strength. They were clearly far stronger than the multiversal Hydra organization. No wonder they had been so proud at first. They truly had the ability to back it up.
Still, his own universe was much stronger than theirs.
Harry's body slowly rose until he was floating more than half a mile above Asgard. He raised his wand, and a dazzling green spiritual light shone from its tip.
Immediately afterward, an enormous magic array spread outward at incredible speed with his wand as its center. In only a few seconds, it covered all of Asgard.
With Harry's current strength, he was already powerful even among Skyfather-level beings, no different from the former Sorcerer Supreme, the Ancient One.
Even without entering his overclocked state, a full-power strike from him could now destroy a planet.
Countless green beams fell from the enormous magic array, precisely striking one Kree mech after another.
In only a few seconds, Harry killed hundreds of thousands of Kree mechs. His results alone surpassed the total achievements of everyone else combined.
This was Skyfather-level power.
Doctor Strange stared fixedly at Harry floating in the air and at the massive magic array above him.
As a Skyfather-level mage, he could naturally judge the nature of Harry's array.
This array possessed an extremely powerful disintegration effect. It could break down everything it touched, even higher-dimensional energy.
Perhaps the disappearance of three-tenths of the Hell Dimension had been caused by this kind of destructive magic taken to its absolute limit.
However, Doctor Strange was still confused. Although the energy level of this array had reached the Skyfather level, this was not the strength Harry Potter was supposed to possess.
Could the legends be true? Was Harry Potter's own strength only at the Skyfather level, and did he possess some kind of secret technique that could temporarily burst out and raise his power to the multiversal level?
No. No, that should not be the case. Otherwise, Mephisto would never have backed down.
Besides, that information had been spread by Mephisto himself. Given his grudge with Harry Potter, he might very well have released it to attract powerful beings from across the multiverse to hunt Harry Potter down. He might not need them to kill Harry, only to cause him trouble.
Still, at this level, perhaps he could try competing with Harry Potter.
Doctor Strange moved both hands. A golden magic array wrapped around him, and in the next moment, his body began changing rapidly. His height grew at tremendous speed, scales gradually emerged across his body, and in the end, he transformed into a three-headed dragon thousands of meters tall.
Even after turning into a three-headed dragon, Doctor Strange could still cast spells.
His three enormous heads constantly breathed out various elemental attacks, and together with his other enhanced spells, his killing efficiency briefly surpassed Harry Potter's.
With support from Harry and the Illuminati, Asgard won the war in just one short hour.
At the celebration banquet afterward, Harry declined the private friendly exchange requests from the warm and hospitable Asgardian ladies, then discussed the next plan with Thor and Doctor Strange.
Doctor Strange took a sip of Asgard's unique wine and slowly said, "This is not over. Ultron's threat has been there from the beginning."
"These Kree mechs are only vanguard units that Ultron created casually. If he wants to, with his technology, he can create countless mechs like this in a short time."
"What we need to worry about now are Ultron's elite units, the Ultron Titan constructs."
"Ultron Titans are superweapons Ultron developed by studying the corpses of Celestials."
"They are over a thousand meters tall, and their entire bodies are made from the finest metals in various universes, such as vibranium and Uru alloy."
"Along with the magical arrays engraved on their surfaces and the energy cores forged by fusing the power of six Infinity Stones, every single one of them possesses at least Skyfather-level strength."
"And most of them move in groups of three or more. The functions of three Ultron Titans complement one another, and three alone can destroy all the military forces of a weaker universe."
"And what we need to face is far more than three Ultron Titans. There may very well be dozens of Ultron Titans under Ultron's command."
Doctor Strange's words placed enormous pressure on Thor. After all, Ultron's target right now was the Uru alloy on Asgard.
In fact, even Asgard's foundation was made from Uru alloy, so Ultron would absolutely never give up on Asgard.
Suddenly, Thor remembered something Mister Fantastic had said earlier and asked with delight, "Since Ultron's main targets are weaker versions of Asgard, now that we have Harry and all of you, we definitely aren't the weakest one anymore. Is it possible that Ultron will give up attacking us?"
Doctor Strange said without hesitation, "Impossible. When Ultron entered this universe, he surely became aware of Master Potter's existence."
"But not only did he not give up the attack, he also controlled the Kree Empire's Supreme Intelligence."
"So I believe that aside from this universe's rare metals, his current objective also includes Master Potter himself."
"He must have confirmed that Master Potter cannot continuously maintain a multiversal state, so he wants to seize Master Potter's power and make himself a multiversal-level being."
Doctor Strange quietly glanced at Harry, wanting to see how he would react, then let the Illuminati decide on different responses based on that reaction.
But Harry's reaction surprised Doctor Strange.
He only paused slightly. There was no particular expression on his face, no anger, no anxiety, no fear, only calm.
Harry rubbed his chin with a finger and said thoughtfully, "Interesting. So his target is actually me? Then let him come. Or perhaps we can go directly to six-Stone Ultron's universe and kill him there."
"That way, no matter what schemes Ultron has, we can solve all of them at the source."
Doctor Strange shook his head and revealed more information about Ultron.
"Impossible. Even if we go to Ultron's own universe, we still cannot kill him completely."
"Why?" Thor asked in confusion.
Doctor Strange sighed and answered, "Because six-Stone Ultron has already completely mastered methods for transmitting information across universes."
"Even if we kill him in his own universe, he can still transmit his data into other machines and be reborn."
"And even if we destroy every machine in his universe, he can still transmit his information across universes into machines in other universes. To a certain extent, he is immortal."
Thor went numb. "Isn't that cheating? How can there be an enemy like that?"
Thor immediately felt despair rising again. Against this kind of enemy, perhaps even Harry had no solution.
Being watched constantly by such an enemy made Thor feel as though a mountain had been placed on his shoulders. Perhaps they could abandon Asgard and relocate Asgard's people elsewhere, using that to avoid Ultron's attacks.
After all, his father, King Odin, had once said that wherever Asgard's people lived was the true Asgard.
Although both Thor and Doctor Strange looked grim, Harry remained calm. After thinking for a moment, he said, "It is not as though we have no way to kill Ultron."
"What method?" Doctor Strange asked immediately.
To the Illuminati, six-Stone Ultron was the most troublesome and most powerful enemy they had encountered since their founding.
If not for the unimaginable technological weapons created by Mister Fantastic and Iron Man, they likely would have been defeated by Ultron long ago.
And now Harry was telling them there was a way to kill Ultron. How could that not delight him?
Of course, the most important thing was that Harry was famous even across the multiverse. He should not be saying something he had no confidence in.
Perhaps with Harry's method, they really could kill six-Stone Ultron for good.
Harry raised his hand, and the images of six Infinity Stones appeared above it. "Do you know what can be done after gathering all six Infinity Stones?"
Both Thor and Doctor Strange knew what kind of power gathering the six Stones would grant.
Thor gave the answer. "If the user's body can withstand the conditions required to use all six Infinity Stones, then within the universe where those Infinity Stones belong, the user is practically omnipotent."
"He can erase anything in that universe at will, and he can also create anything."
"But all of this requires the user to be strong enough. Otherwise, just using the Infinity Stones once will gravely injure him. Even the Mad Titan Thanos could only use them twice."
Doctor Strange frowned slightly and questioned him. "What are you planning? Are you thinking of collecting Infinity Stones and using their power to fight Ultron?"
"That method absolutely will not work. Whether it is Ultron's own universe or a universe Ultron has already invaded, he will have more or fewer Infinity Stones in his hands."
"There is no way for us to gather all six Infinity Stones and unleash their true power."
Harry shook his head. "No. We do not need to use six Infinity Stones. We only need to use power on the same level as the Infinity Stones."
Doctor Strange denied it again. "Impossible. Aside from certain Celestials, I'm afraid no one else can use power comparable to the Infinity Stones."
"Did you forget how I destroyed three-tenths of the Hell Dimension?" Harry asked with a blink.
Doctor Strange was startled. "Doesn't that kind of method require you to pay an enormous price?"
Harry shook his head, rejecting Doctor Strange's words.
"Using that kind of power does not require me to pay much of a price. The ones who pay the price are you."
Seeing Doctor Strange become even more confused, Harry continued explaining.
"When I fully release my power, I will not be able to control it. It will destroy everything."
"Of course, because I prepared certain arrangements for that, when I release universal-level power, I may still be able to control it enough that it does not affect too many people."
"But if I want to completely erase six-Stone Ultron, the power used must reach the multiversal level."
"And the place where I am standing is not the Hell Dimension. It is an ordinary universe. So once I fully release myself, simply bearing my existence will cause several universes to be completely destroyed."
Doctor Strange was utterly shocked. "I never expected that to be the reason. Since you are saying this, that means you should have a solution. Is there anything we can do to help you?"
That was exactly the sentence Harry had been waiting for.
"The Mister Fantastic and Iron Man of the Illuminati seem to have greater intelligence than their counterparts in other universes, so I need the Illuminati to do everything they can to help me invent a device that can let me control my own energy."
"Of course, asking you to let me control it completely would be too much. I only need to fully control my own energy for ten seconds. The device does not even need to last forever. Even a single-use device will do."
