The tournament continued with excitement. After the draw between Solom and Lazoro, even bets had started. The seriousness of the tournament remained, and there were still three matches left. The third match would be Stardust's.
Lenor was seen as a very strong opponent, while Stardust was a new fighter without much reputation. Even so, a portion of the audience voted for Stardust.
Pugo and the others gave great support to Stardust. Solom watched from the hospital screen; the fight would be intense. Lenor told Stardust to be careful and not get burned. Stardust, overconfident, replied that Lenor should be careful because his stars would destroy him. Lenor said "We'll see," but then made a funny face, regretting what he said.
The fight was about to begin. Both sides prepared. The countdown started from three, and suddenly the battle began.
Stardust did not make the first move. Lenor was surprised. Lenor attacked first, throwing a punch, but Stardust dodged in a funny way. The audience laughed, and the Warriors felt embarrassed. Lenor didn't understand Stardust's behavior but managed to slap him. Stardust's face became very funny. Lenor prepared a second strike, but Stardust dodged again. Finally, Stardust got serious and used the Twin Star technique, but Lenor managed to dodge the beams and countered with poison beams. Some of them hit Stardust, turning parts of his body green.
Stardust didn't understand what was happening. He then launched very fast sword attacks. Lenor defended himself, but Stardust kept attacking aggressively. This time Lenor used a burning acid technique, which hit Stardust. Stardust was slightly burned, and his face became greener. He struggled to breathe, but despite everything, he continued attacking, knowing that as long as he stayed serious, he could balance the situation.
Stardust used Shooting Star, turning into a star and launching himself, dragging Lenor along, then exploding. Lenor took damage. Stardust then used Star Meteor, dealing even more damage. He continued attacking with his sword. Lenor defended himself. Stardust wanted to exhaust Lenor before the poison took full effect.
Lenor, on the other hand, aimed to stall until Stardust was completely poisoned and then throw him out of the arena with a single move. Lenor used Snake Poison, creating a green snake. Just as it was about to bite Stardust, Stardust cut it instantly. Lenor was shocked. Stardust didn't slow down and launched star explosions. Lenor couldn't fully block them but countered with large poison beams. Stardust managed to push the poison away and kept attacking.
The match continued with Lenor slightly ahead. Stardust was slowly getting exhausted, while Lenor was still standing strong. The poison had heavily affected Stardust; he could barely move. Lenor took advantage and began hitting Stardust, trying to knock him out of bounds. Stardust barely held on.
Lenor struck again. Stardust held on again. He was in great pain and began to think he was weak. He apologized to his father for being weak. Lenor hit him again and said he was disappointed in Stardust, that he expected him to be stronger. Lenor kept attacking. Stardust screamed in pain, blood coming from his mouth. The audience began to feel sorry for him.
Stardust was completely exhausted, on the verge of defeat. But Lenor kept hitting him, trying to make him show his strength. After a while, the audience started reacting negatively. Lenor ignored them and kept attacking, shouting at Stardust to stand up.
The reason Lenor acted like this was because in his past, on the day he joined the Western heroes, he had entered a tournament. He faced a boy with a stick. Since Lenor hadn't mastered his poison technique yet, the fight was exciting at first, but after a sneaky attack, the boy defeated him. Lenor became the subject of ridicule at his school for being weak. He didn't want Stardust to go through the same thing, so he kept hitting him repeatedly.
Finally, Lenor delivered a very powerful kick to Stardust.
At that moment, Luka observed Lenor and understood his weakness. He quickly called Stardust closer. Even in that difficult state, Stardust managed to listen.
Luka said:
Luka: Stardust, this poison technique is very dangerous, I know from experience. But Lenor's technique is different from mine.
Stardust: What do you mean?
Luka: Mine slows down technique usage, deals damage, and temporarily disables abilities. But Lenor's is purely damage-focused and truly poisonous. So the only thing you can do is restrain him completely—bind his arms and movements.
Stardust: Then how do I do it?
Luka: Force him with your technique… and act like a fool as always, hahaha.
Stardust understood what Luka meant and took action. He provoked Lenor. Lenor attacked. Stardust used Twin Star again. Just as the beams were about to hit Lenor's eyes, Lenor defended at the last second, but Stardust struck him from behind, slamming him to the ground.
When Lenor stood up, he was furious. He summoned the Poison Witch, which began launching heavy poison attacks. Stardust was affected, more parts of his body turning green, but he did not give up.
Stardust used a new technique: Star Connection. He created large stars that formed star-shaped beams. Lenor, in the center, was heavily affected and became cornered just as Luka had said.
Finally, Stardust kicked Lenor in the stomach, and as he slid, both of them fell out of bounds. However, since Lenor's fingertip touched the ground first, Stardust won.
But Stardust was in terrible condition. He completely collapsed and was taken to the hospital.
When he woke up, he looked around and saw Pugo and the others. He realized he was in the hospital. Even Solom had come. At first he didn't understand what happened, but after Pugo explained, he learned that he had fainted but still won the match. He jumped in joy, but his wounds hurt, and he immediately started screaming in pain.
Luka said the next fight would be Leonardos'. Leonardos said, "Let the hypnotist come. He doesn't know me yet. He's playing with big flames, and I'll burn him in those flames."
Pugo said that no matter what, this tournament was for their growth. A happy atmosphere formed again.
Meanwhile, Eldor watched and said:
Eldor: I let this match pass, and I'll let the next one pass too. But I don't know what will happen in the next match… hahaha.
He said his terrifying plan was getting closer.
