Westheid had never heard of a Celestial God behaving this way. As a rule, after Ascension, a Celestial God could no longer exist in the Mortal World. If they wanted to exert influence, they could—by simply using their Divine Power to bring about miracles.
An inherited bloodline, an eternal fortress, or a Technique inscribed upon a kingdom... These were all things that manifested a Celestial God's Power and presence, by which believers in the Mortal World received blessings.
But to leave a part of a Celestial God in the Mortal World... that move by the Venerable Master of the Azure Heaven was something else entirely. Celestial Gods were beings of pure, absolute Order, whereas the Mortal World touched upon Chaos. Compared to the Supreme Heaven, it was incomparably tainted. The moment a Celestial God set foot in the Mortal World, they would immediately be pushed upward.
The higher the Tier, the closer one was drawn to the heavens. This was an immutable truth.
