Broken Star: Not sure. Normally, Dominators of the same Level are stronger, but they don't belong to normal circumstances. They broke through after solidifying their foundation at a Stuck Level, so their strength is different from normal Legendary Level Spiritualists, and they might be stronger than Dominators of the same Level.
Divine Monarch: So the foundation you're talking about, what does it usually refer to? Does it greatly affect the breakthrough? I think I can prepare in advance.
Broken Star: It's a series of basic things like body basic potential, soul potential, basic resistance, basic attributes, and so on. The stronger the foundation, the stronger the power after advancing, and it might even trigger a Profession advancement.
