Looking back at the past, the memories are like smoke.
The small operating room was filled with the smell of disinfectant, a young girl lay prone on the surgical table, her back had been slit open, and among the blood and flesh, the severely damaged spine was visible.
Gordon carefully nudged his glasses up with his shoulder to maintain the sterile condition of his gloves. He looked at the girl's broken spine and shook his head, saying, "One arm is broken, the spine is also fractured. How did you get beaten like this? Who was so cruel?"
