When mentioning last night, Evelyn's body started trembling again.
"Hungry?" Aunt May changed the topic, "I've made breakfast. Want to eat now?"
Evelyn stood there like a wooden stake, as if she were the only person in the room and couldn't hear what Aunt May was saying.
Her heart was heavy and troubled.
If this continues, she doesn't know if she'll go mad.
Aunt May sighed deeply and could only pull Evelyn out of the bedroom.
Every step Evelyn took was difficult, her legs felt like they weren't her own, awkward at every move.
Especially since even a slight step forward caused a sharp pain in her lower body.
It felt like thorns were lodged there, making her extremely uncomfortable.
