"Hmm." Caden Lockwood responded coldly.
Evelyn Morgan was taken aback. Her new desk?
Did it mean that Caden was just teasing her about working on the couch earlier?
How annoying!
Why does she believe everything he says without a doubt?
This is a problem, it needs to be fixed!
Facing Evelyn's dissatisfied gaze, Caden's lips curled into a slight smile, making his cold handsome face even more attractive.
Caden stood up, his tall and well-proportioned figure made its way towards Evelyn.
With his feet touching hers, he placed a precious kiss on her forehead, then softly said, "If we were in the same office, I wouldn't be able to concentrate on work."
Evelyn froze, quickly lowered her head, her face fully displaying a coy shyness.
"Go on." Caden said in a deep voice, "Sean Ashton will tell you what you need to do. Take your time, if there's anything you don't know, you can ask him or me."
"Oh." Evelyn replied and was about to turn around and leave.
