"I say he's stupid precisely because of this," the old man said. "I think that girl is quite interested in him too, but he's so thick-headed he can't even bring her home."
"Blessings belong to the younger generation, old man, just enjoy yourself and stop worrying about those things," Bella said. "What do you want to eat for lunch? We can go buy groceries later."
"Young Acker, aren't you busy with work today?" The old man immediately forgot about his grandson's issues when he heard Bella could stay for lunch.
"Mm, I get to rest for two days."
"Great, great, where's your little girl? Can you bring her over to keep this old man company for a while?" The old man had only seen pictures of Talia and had been wanting to meet her.
