The trucks in the factory are divided into two routes. The ones heading to the county cement factory to transport clinker make up one route, with a total of 15 trucks divided into three teams.
To facilitate management, Tian Xin initially proposed to divide 5 trucks into one team, with a dedicated driver responsible for managing daily tasks, such as vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and scheduling shifts. It started with two shifts, and later, as production increased, with a larger transportation volume, it changed to three shifts.
The number of drivers also expanded from the initial 30 to 45. Most of these people were from the village and nearby villages, with five being brought back by Tian Xin from Ancient City, which formed Zhang Shuai's team.
After working for more than half a year, personnel recruitment expanded, and the factory's departments gradually became complete with mid-level leaders and some team leaders and group leaders as grassroots managers.
