Li Younan drove the vehicle to an open area in the outskirts of Xinduqiao Town, parked it, and then rode his motorcycle to pick up packages, bringing back two or three large cardboard boxes.
Liu Li was quite stunned when she saw those two or three big boxes.
She couldn't imagine how that small dirt bike could manage to carry such big boxes, but then wondered: "What's inside these three boxes?"
Li Younan didn't explain but opened one of the boxes first, then retrieved the toolbox from under the chassis and began modifying the vehicle.
The sounds during the modification were fairly manageable.
Liu Li watched quietly for a while, not understanding what Li Younan was doing. Perhaps she thought he'd explain it to her once he finished, so she returned to the room to prepare a meal quietly.
Her plan for today was to make a bowl of Italian pasta, getting busy afterwards.
