Facing the incoming beam, the handsome boy remained motionless, allowing the beam to hit him, then it was blocked by an invisible protection.
"Shield Skill? No, that's not right, it's a protective magic item!"
Fanor was both surprised and jealous.
But soon he couldn't care about anything else, as six magic missiles came whistling towards him, instantly shattering his shield.
Right after, surging flames rushed at him like a tide, forcing him to dodge in a panic.
As the battle began, Fanor was shocked to find that not only did the two boys master more and more comprehensive spells than he did, but their casting speed was also faster.
The power of their magic, needless to say, was overwhelmingly superior.
And they had rare and precious magic items for protection.
Either one of them alone could easily defeat him, let alone both working together.
In just four or five breaths, Fanor was beaten into a panic, completely outmatched.
