Tongye State!
A remote mountain city near the Prefecture City, named 'Longxiang', it is said that long ago a Major Sect from Grotto Heaven once flourished here, thus named.
However, as the dust of history settled, the once-great sect has long faded into oblivion, leaving only the name, gradually forming one of six prefectures under Tongye State, Longxiang Prefecture.
Longxiang Prefecture is the westernmost Prefecture City in Tongye State.
It borders Baoping State, now divided by 'demons', with Shunan Prefecture, using 'rivers' as boundaries.
And that river is named 'Wei River'.
