Chapter 97 - Meeting The Martells

(Ellion's POV)

Things are getting a bit out of hand now.

Rhaella is jealous, I assume, which would not be good. If she finds out that I've bedded Lady Joanna, who knows how she'll react. The way she spoke to me, it was quite clear that she wanted me last night. But I was too busy having sex with Joanna, I was unable to be in her bed.

This is not a position I want to be in, but it is one that I put myself in. I have no choice but do deal with it, no matter what.

I promised her that I would give her comfort and so I shall. But Joanna being here would make it hard for me to divide my attention without the two of them knowing.

Unless...

No.

It's too risky.

"What are your thinking?" I heard a voice say as I was leaning on the pillar that was on the courtyard of the Red Keep, "Hm?"

I looked to my side to see that Malora Hightower was walking up to me, giving me a slight smile. She had quite the revealing dress, showing some cleavage. I couldn't help but look at the gold necklace she had on her neck, which was right in the middle of her cleavage.

"Nothing much." I said as I looked to the side, "Just about things. It has become quite boring as of late, I would rather go to the Kingswood and slay the outlaws."

"Why don't you?" She asked with a smirk

"There's a few reasons, truthfully." I said, "I don't want to leave certain women unattended, something could happen."

She blushed slightly, "Am I one of them?" She asked me, "Hm?"

"Mayhaps." I reached for her chin, "But I do admit, Malora. It will take more than just your body to conquer my heart."

"Tch." She said, "I will give you a child you will adore, that alone will be more than enough."

I pulled away, noticing people approaching with my Observation Haki, and straightened up while crossing my arms.

"Someone's coming." I whispered, "Hold your tongue."

She looked to the side as well as I did; seeing Ashara walking up to us, followed by surprising faces.

"Ser Ellion, Lady Malora." Ashara reached us, "I am here to introduce you to the Prince and Princess of Dorne."

Elia Martell was standing behind Oberyn, who was eyeing me up and down. He stood tall, with a dignified and refined posture. I could also tell that by his posture, he had the dexterity of a skilled warrior.

That intrigued me; he was definitely a good fighter.

"Oh?" Malora said, "Is that the Prince Oberyn I see? The one who ridiculed my older in the past? It is quite normal for men to have flatulence."

Ashara looked to the side, trying to hide a smile as Oberyn simply raised an eyebrow. Elia seemed rather flustered by the mere mention, placing her hands to the side.

"Baelor Breakwind, you mean?" Oberyn said, a slight smirk, "How is he? I wished to see the fool here, but he is nowhere to be seen."

"He remained in Oldtown, tending to the duties of Lord Hightower." Malora said as he gestured at me, "I take it you wish to see the one and only Ser Ellion."

Oberyn took a step forward, looking at me, "Hm....the one who defeated Ser Arthur Dayne, The Sword of The Morning." He said, crossing his arms, "You're tall."

I tilted my head, "You're shorter than I imagined." I said, "Oberyn Martell."

"Hm." He said, "So you have imagined me, hm?"

"I've heard tale of Dorne's warrior Prince, the one who can pierce the Sun itself." I said, "Or so they say."

"They merely exaggerate, the words of the foolish." He said, "But I am confident in my skills, are you?"

"More than confident." I said

"Do you think you can best me?" He asked, "Or for the matter, best Ser Arthur in combat? Jousting is different. It is merely a game, one that I am no mood to partake. Combat is-"

"Brother, enough." Elia's soft voice resounded to my ears, her sweet tone giving my body a nice sensation, "We did not come here to speak about fighting or killing."

Oberyn shrugged, "I merely wished to connect to Ser Ellion." He said, "He seems like a capable one."

I looked at Princess Elia, "You must be Princess Elia." I said, bowing slightly, "It is a great honor to meet you. I've heard stories of your beauty, Princess. Lady Ashara has told me how sweet of a soul you are."

Elia looked a bit surprised by my gesture, "O-Oh." She said softly, "Thank you for the kind words."

"What, you're vying for my sister's hand?" Obeyrn asked, raising an eyebrow, "Hmph, best try harder. I won't let just anyone-"

"Oberyn!" Elia said with a frown, "That's enough!"

"I do apologize, Princess." Malora said, hugging my arm, "Between us all, Ser Ellion is my lover, my paramour."

As she said that, there was an unknown glint in Ashara's eyes, glancing at me as she shifted uncomfortably. She merely placed her hands in front of her and stepped back slightly, as if she was flustered.

"Oh?" Oberyn asked, "Between us, huh? So trusting, Lady Malora."

Elia was blushing slightly, "Lover...." She said, "But My Lady, you.....wait, does that mean that-"

"Yes." Malora cut her off, "Ellion and I have lain with each other. I have felt his warmth, fufu~"

I gently pulled away, "Do not mind My Lady Malora, she knows not of what she says." I said with a sigh, "Ever since I defeated Ser Arthur in a joust, she has become rather infatuated with me."

"I wouldn't doubt it." Oberyn said, "I have had my own share of women fawning over me. You are fortunate to have a Lady to fawn over you."

"This brother of mine....." Elia sighed, "Forgive his words, Ser Ellion, he is rather brash and blunt."

"I don't mind." I said, "In fact, I wouldn't mind becoming friends with the Prince."

"Heh, it'll take more than words to become a friend of mine." He said with a smirk, "A bit of a fight and some drinks will do the trick. What say you, Ser Ellion?"

"Careful." Malora said as he hugged my arm, "He is mine."

Ashara cleared her throat, "The Prince will not try to take him, My Lady." She said, "Even though, well...."

I blinked, "Well, what?" I asked, "Am I missing something?"

Elia was sighing again, "Don't mind them...." She said, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Ser Ellion. I trust that we have a good relationship for the future."

I nodded, "Of course." I said,

"We will, no worries."
