The Bloodsucking Bat tribe and the Feathered tribe, although both had wings, did not have much friendly interaction; to be precise, the Feathered tribe lived on high cliffs and had very little contact with other tribes living on the ground.
They were famous for being afraid of trouble and not caring about worldly competition; basically, if there was no earth-shattering major event, they would not appear before strangers. Even the old, weak, and frail Tribal Chief Wind had not abdicated.
It was just because this tribe was lazy, no tribesman wanted to step forward to be the tribal chief to bear the responsibility of managing troublesome matters; basically, however long the tribal chief lived, he would sit in the position for that long until death.
