Chapter 420 - Now That's Fair!

"A... a dragon?!"

Though the interior of the sphere was pitch black without a single ray of light, Hagoromo could still see Allen's current form clearly through his Rinnegan. His colossal size and the overwhelming presence radiating from him were more majestic and magnificent than any creature the Sage had ever encountered.

"Hmph! Your Otsutsuki clan's history of dominating the Ninja World ends here. After today, you, your mother, and even the chakra of your two sons that constantly reincarnates, all of it will vanish. As I said, this world doesn't need a god, much less the guidance of a so-called Sage. Humanity's destiny belongs to humanity. Whether they march toward glory or ultimate destruction, it is their choice to make."

With that, the fully dragonized Allen lunged forward, his maw opening to unleash a torrent of searing dragon breath.

"NOO!!!!!!"

Accompanied by the Sage of the Six Paths' desperate scream, the blistering Flames of Life swept through the entire interior of the sphere. Due to the intense gravitational pull, there was no room to dodge. Both he and Kaguya were instantly engulfed by the fire, while the surrounding rock rapidly melted into glowing, molten lava.

"Fool! Did you think that because you could discard your flesh and exist as a spirit, I'd have no way to deal with you? No! Dealing with souls is what Vaelastrasz does best!" A ferociously savage smile appeared on Allen's face, resembling the wicked red dragons of myth and legend.

In Azeroth, Red Dragons were the guardians bestowed by the Titans to watch over the power of life. Their breath was not mere combustion; it carried an immense purifying property. Especially when dealing with the Undead Scourge, a single breath could incinerate hundreds of skeletons, zombies, and abominations. Even formless Banshees would find themselves utterly extinguished under the scorching heat of those flames.

"Cursed lunatic! You can't do this! My mother was only sent to this world to guard the God Tree! There are even more powerful members of the Otsutsuki clan who will arrive in the near future. If you kill us all, no one will be able to stop them from turning this planet into a barren wasteland!" Hagoromo roared, enduring the agony of his soul being cauterized.

"Look at that! That high-and-mighty, arrogant face! This is exactly why I loathe your kind. If not for you, would this world have been mired in thousands of years of war and chaos? Would it have remained stagnant under such ignorant, backward systems for millennia? No! The answer is a resounding no. Besides, you think only you can stop the Otsutsuki? Don't be stupid! Human creativity and potential are beyond your imagination. Once they find the right path and methodology, they can create unimaginable miracles in just a few short decades. Compared to humanity's boundless desire for exploration and knowledge, the Otsutsuki clan is nothing. Vaelastrasz! Devour that woman!"

At Allen's command, a second head suddenly sprouted from the Red Dragon's body. It opened its bloody maw and swallowed the dying Kaguya Otsutsuki along with the Ten-Tails God Tree whole.

In less than a second, terrifying chakra and life energy surged into every cell of his body. The Sage of the Six Paths, now a bodyless spirit, could only watch on in total despair, powerless to intervene. At this moment, he truly felt the pain that thousands upon thousands of families in the Ninja World had suffered as they lost loved ones to the internal strife of his family.

Admiring the twisted expression on his opponent's face and the hatred burning in his eyes, Allen finally nodded in satisfaction. "Fantastic! Now that's fair! In your final moments, I'll let you witness the most powerful weapon a 'weak' human can create through sheer wit and intelligence."

"Weapon?" Hagoromo's pupils dilated as he sensed what was coming.

Sure enough, Allen pulled a nuclear warhead from his backpack. He immediately duplicated them by the hundreds, filling the lava-choked interior of the sphere to the brim. Without hesitation, he pressed the master ignition button.

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!

Following the crisp sounds of the electronic timers, these incredibly dangerous "Fat Boys" entered their final thirty-second countdown.

"Enjoy the final, and most magnificent, firework display of your life. I won't be staying to keep you company."

As the last word left his lips, Allen unleashed another burst of dragon breath, burning an exit through the side of the sphere in seconds. He beat his wings with all his might, diving rapidly toward the ground from an altitude of over 50,000 meters.

He hadn't flown far when a deafening roar erupted behind him.

BOOOOM!!!!!!!

A blinding white light instantly generated a brightness thousands of times stronger than the sun. The atmospheric layer itself was blasted open with a massive hole by the terrifying explosion. The Sage of the Six Paths and the celestial sphere he had created vanished without a trace in an instant. Not a single scrap or fragment remained.

Even worse, the aftershocks of the explosion triggered a violent chain reaction in the atmosphere. On the ground and sea below, gale-force winds erupted; lightning storms, torrential rain, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, and tsunamis broke out in rapid succession.

Fortunately, these extreme weather conditions lasted only a short while. Once the power of hundreds of nuclear weapons finally subsided, everything gradually returned to normal.

Soaring above the clouds in his dragon form, Allen watched it all in silence. After a full minute, he spoke. "Can you control the Ten-Tails now?"

"Of course! It's ours now. However, the energy conversion and extraction efficiency of this thing is a bit low. I plan to fully absorb it into my body for modification," Vaelastrasz replied without hesitation.

"Wait! Don't forget the ninjas trapped on the ground. Aside from Neji and Karin, reclaim the mediums within everyone else's bodies. Let the profession of 'Ninja' vanish forever," Allen stated his plan bluntly.

"Great idea! I'll control the God Tree to reclaim all the mediums right now."

Vaelastrasz never passed up an opportunity to grow stronger or evolve. Before long, she began siphoning chakra and the essential mediums from the ninjas trapped in the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Not even Sasuke or Naruto were spared.

By the time the process was complete, the only people left in the entire world capable of extracting chakra were Karin and Neji.

Simultaneously, Allen deactivated the Infinite Tsukuyomi. He watched as the poor souls hanging from the trees woke from their dreams, only to realize with sheer terror that they had lost the ability to refine chakra.

With that, the era of the Ninja had finally come to an end. Whether the remaining Hidden Villages liked it or not, they had lost their last shred of capital to compete with the Resistance.
