Chapter 117 - The reader isn't alone in reading the events of the story.

Reinhardt looked at Qamar with a calm, satisfied expression. He had accomplished something truly remarkable: being a Trans-Omnipotent half-being and nearing level 3 of his wing, all for something he considered trivial.

However, he couldn't help but suspect that he had been granted a treasure, one of the rarest in his world—something somewhat unbelievable.

After all, no one gives power for free unless there are hidden motives and reasons.

Nevertheless, he couldn't help feeling satisfied. His power had increased and would increase dramatically in the coming year. But on the other hand, the fact that he was still only level 2 of his wing left him somewhat frustrated.

Furthermore, Yuta Cassiral, a 15-year-old boy at level 4 of his wing, was far superior to him.

This made him even more suspicious of Yuta's identity, as wings, unlike ranks, Beyond Boundless, which a son can automatically access through inheritance.

Unlike the sons of Grand Dukes, whose time was sealed for an unknown reason, wings require training. Even Uta, who found 12 Absolute Beings who reached level 5 in their wing, had to train like any other being to reach level 5.

However, Reinhardt's smile didn't last long. He sensed eyes and murderous intent directed at him, which made him feel uneasy. Their power had already surpassed his. "What the hell is going on? These people are 3.56 kilometers away from me!"

Reinhardt kept looking around, trying to detect any surprise attack targeting his vital areas.

However, there wasn't a surprise attack targeting him for 15 minutes, but he felt completely watched. It was a strange feeling, difficult to describe.

He turned his gaze towards where those people were and spoke in a calm tone while carefully assessing their power. "They are currently at the Trans- Omnipotent, I'm technically still at the ORR-05 level. My body hasn't yet adapted to the power of the Fantasy World Demon Core.

Reinhart's face showed a mixture of annoyance and anger as he looked towards the enemy's location.

In the direction Reinhart was looking, several people were glaring at him with looks of mockery and contempt.

"Ignorant, arrogant fool, hahaha! I didn't think we'd find prey so easily in the Vault of Fantasy 12," Hadrian said sarcastically, looking in Reinhart's direction.

His brother, Decimus, glanced at him out of the corner of his eye, looking at the system screen with a smug smile.

Reinhardt didn't say a word, and this only made Yorechi's psychological state even more disturbed than it already was.

"What is this thing?" Reinhardt asked in surprise as he looked at a system screen floating in his field of vision.

Reinhardt looked at the system screen in surprise. He didn't have a system at all, and he'd never heard of such a mission for a ruler. But why did he want him to improve his relationship with his son, Yorichi de Molière, and help him overcome his complex? These were the thoughts swirling in his mind.

After seeing the reward of the Fantasy World Demon Essence, about which he'd found information on Sunday, Alessandra and Zhao Li wrote, and because of his meetings with rulers from other regions,

he had to obtain it at any cost. Developing to a rank above ORR-5 by one or even three ranks was entirely up to luck. Other

[Fantasy World Demon Essence Reward]

Reinhart looked at a black gem, about the size of a baby's palm, with a satisfied smile.

Another system window appeared, making him curious.

[Do you want information about the Fantasy World Demon Essence?] [Yes] or [No]

Reinhart clicked yes, smiling slightly. Information about the Fantasy World Demon Essence was very superficial, even in the books by Zhao Li and Alessandra.

[Fantasy World Demon Essence]

[Information: The Fantasy World Demon Essence is made from the annihilation of the Fantasy World. It is the basic material that the Fantasy World undergoes several transformations to become the Fantasy World Demon, which consumes other Fantasy Worlds. However, if the Fantasy World Demon Essence is refined before it transforms into the Fantasy World Demon, the refiner gains the power of all the entities that lived within it, from the first to the last.

Rank: Beyond-Existence

Rareness: One of the rarest treasures in the story "I'm Inside My [novel]

A look of surprise crossed Reinhardt's face as he looked at the rare treasure, "one of the rarest treasures in the story 'I'm Inside My Novel.'" It was something he didn't understand, but he knew one thing: this was a priceless treasure, and whoever possessed it was a force to be reckoned with.

Moreover, it made him suspect that something was happening behind the scenes, something he knew nothing about. Therefore, he decided to accuse the essence of the Fantasy World Demon. As an entity of ORR-05 level and a ward master of level 2, he was able to withstand the power emanating from the essence of the Fantasy World Demon.

"Only useless fools wouldn't hide their foolish narrative and perspective. Reinhardt de Molière, what do you think, my brothers? Should we...""Should we kill him or leave him to find out his goals and plans? He doesn't hide anything after all, doesn't he?"

Ayumi's younger sister looked at him with a sly smile as she glanced at her system screen.

"I'm so excited! We'll appear in one of the chapters of 'I'm Inside My Novel.' Readers will read our words. I'm so excited! I'll be the star of the chapter!"

Her older brother, Amita Valeria, punched her in the head, his face contorted with anger. "Ayumi, there's no guarantee we'll come back to life and not just be a number in the death register. Besides, the reader isn't such a nice person. They might see our suffering, our pain, and our goals as worthless rubbish and literary drivel."

"That's why trying to please them will always lead to ruining the work. Great, though. Sometimes it's good to know that someone is wasting their time reading your goals, even if you're just a character." "A fantasy beyond that, Compass gives your existence meaning."

A faint smile appeared on Ayumi's face as she listened to Amita Valeria's words. She turned her gaze to Reinhardt, puffing out her chest and cheeks. "I don't understand."

"Let's defeat Reinhardt! It'll be a fantastic fight! Compass against a minor character! Hahaha! It'll be amazing!" Ayumi exclaimed with excessive enthusiasm as she drew her sword.

Hadrian Decimus and Amita Valeria glanced at her before turning their attention back to their system screens, ignoring her.

Their eyes narrowed, realizing a chapter hadn't even begun yet. This surprised them; for them, the chapter should have been all about Reinhardt.

Amita Valeria, the oldest among them, closed the system window as she drew her spear, preparing for the approaching assassin.

Without saying a word, both Decimus and Hadrian drew their weapons, ready for the coming fight, even though they knew Reinhardt was weaker than them. But ultimately,

underestimating a minor character, especially one like Compass, would mean the death of their comrade. Even if the narrative revealed his plans and movements, they would still support him.

For a minor character, one of them is more important than hundreds of Compass characters, and for him to die at the hands of one of them would be almost impossible. After all, they weren't in their own fantasy world, so the narrative level couldn't be the same.

Slackk ... Reinhardt, who had shattered the reality around them.

However, the rupture didn't last long. After a few seconds, reality returned to its previous state.

Hadrian and Ayumi moved away from their brothers, while Reinhardt stepped back, trying to ease the spasm in his arm caused by the collision between his sword and Hadrian's spear.

Reinhardt looked at them for several seconds, scrutinizing each one before saying anything. "Who are you, and what on earth do you want from me?"

They all looked at Reinhardt, smiling faintly, a hint of mockery in their eyes. What do we want from him? Is that even a question? This thought crossed each of their minds.

Desimus spoke up, answering Reinhardt's question. "Isn't it obvious? Do you think you're the only one who gets governor's missions? Since you were given the mission to improve your relationship with your son, Yorichi de Molière, and help him overcome his complex, we, in turn, received a mission that requires... I won't tell you."

Reinhardt's gaze remained sharp as He looked at them, unleashing his golden aura as he aimed his sword at them. "It doesn't matter whether you told me or not, your fate will be the same: death."

Reinhardt shot towards them at the speed of light, but Decimus blocked his attack. Ayumi then kicked him in the stomach, sending him flying out of the universe they were in.

Between universes, Reinhardt vomited profusely of blood as he looked at Amita, Valeria, Ayumi, Decimus, and Hadrian, who had appeared just seconds before, launching a devastating attack on each other.

Reinhardt struggled to defend against their coordinated attacks. They were a full rank stronger than him, and their combat experience was far greater.

This was because they had fought entities of equal or greater strength, unlike Reinhardt, who had fought weaker opponents in the past.

This left him incredibly vulnerable and helpless against those stronger than them. After all, he had to pay the price for his desire for rest and to avoid real battles.

Despite this, he didn't give up. Reinhardt was at it again and fought each of them without showing any intention of stopping.

But unlike them, he had no intention of risking their lives to fight him. At the end of their lives, he was more precious to them than anything in the world.

"You are magnificent, Mr. Reinhardt de Molière, but your defeat is inevitable," Amita Valeria's voice held a hint of mockery as she flung Reinhardt several meters away.

Before she unleashed several blades that easily destroyed millions of beings without any effort, they were still not enough to kill Reinhardt.

Reinhardt had several serious fractures that were healing thanks to his regenerative abilities.

This lasted for a few seconds before Reinhardt returned to normal.

Reinhardt's chest rose and fell rapidly as crimson blood flooded his head and body.

He muttered softly as he looked at them, a faint smile on his face.

>

A powerful golden aura shot backwards, throwing Amita, Valeria, Ayumi, Decimus, and Hadrian backwards with such force that they were left half-conscious.

At Reinhardt's side, a transparent shield formed around his body, and wings spanned over 20 meters.

The shield and wings were the same color as Reinhardt's aura, and between his wings was a disc depicting a winged lion wearing a light gold crown, resembling the emblem of the de Molière family.

Reinhardt opened his golden eyes as he aimed his new sword at Amita, Valeria, Ayumi, Decimus, and Hadrian, who wereThey manifested their incarnations in turn when they couldn't stop him from summoning his own.

A mocking smile spread across Reinhardt's lips as he looked at the wings, which were identical in shape, a clear indication that they hadn't yet received their own.

They all stared at Reinhardt in surprise before realizing the meaning behind his smile.

"So you have your own principal wing, the Wing of the King. However, wings don't determine an individual's power level; they're merely a catalyst for power. Someone might have reached Rank 2 but be at the lowest rank. Or, to put it more accurately, a wing simply reveals a person's narrative abilities. We don't need our own wings to defeat you."

The smile vanished from Reinhardt's face as he activated the Wing of the Pool, his power soaring even higher.

This shocked them, not because he possessed a minor wing, but because of its nature—the Wing of the Pool, belonging to the venerable Jalil, the Lord of the Pool of the Sky, Isabeleth, or Normana, as they called her.

"He has..." "The Pavilion of the Pond, the Heavenly Pool of Normana—how is that possible? It doesn't make sense," Hadrian thought to himself as he looked at the half-disc floating behind Reinhardt's back.

"How can you... what the hell do we say? Forget it! Didn't we see several characters using it when we were reading the chapters of the story?" Ayumi's gaze fell on her siblings, who looked embarrassed at something so logical. It was often referred to as the Pavilion of a mysterious entity, making them forget the previous mention of a real pavilion called the Pavilion of the Pond.

As they watched Reinhardt cautiously, ready to defend against any sudden attack, another screen appeared on the system, bringing smiles of relief to their faces.

[Chapter 118 Peace Doesn't Last - Part 1 -

On May 29, 675, at 8:30 AM, a fresh breeze rustled the leaves of the trees, creating a beautiful sound.

This made the residents of Euspecers feel at ease as they went about their business. Euspecers was one of the most pristine and well-preserved cities, considered one of the most beautiful and cleanest cities in Central Europe.

Meanwhile, Beatrice and Lucy were strolling through Euspecers.

Beatrice's gaze was calm, as usual, as she looked around before heading towards a stall selling cold drinks.

"I want Two glasses of iced orange juice. Beatrice's voice was so calm it made the vendor flustered for a few seconds before he composed himself.

"Okay, little kid," he said, holding the glasses. "Your order will be ready in just a few minutes."

Beatrice nodded in agreement. The kiosk owner walked over to the juice machine, a small smile on his face.

"I've heard about big companies that make things like this," he said excitedly. "They call it technology. It's amazing. Plus, it's solar-powered, which makes it super easy and inexpensive to charge."

Lucy and Beatrice looked at him in surprise for a few seconds. After all, they knew the owner of those big companies—it was their friend, Uta Cassiral. But they decided to keep quiet.

A look of confusion crossed Reinhardt's face as he watched them blowing air. This made him realize they had something that allowed them to know what was going on. In his world, though he was unable to see it, he still couldn't determine what he had done.
