"Yuta Casseraal from the Elite Class will fight Gea from the Legends Class in a training match," Bao Xin Yi's voice was calm as she looked towards Yuta and Gea, who were heading towards the arena in the center of the training base. However, the murmurs didn't subside at all; in fact, they grew louder.
"So, Yuta being chosen from the Elite Class to fight Gea Guilford will be a truly epic battle."
"Yuta will most likely win; he's clearly stronger."
"Have you forgotten? Gea is one of the top 10 talents in Central Continent right now, ranking fourth after Beatrice and Zihan Yiyu from the Pearl of Purity Sect, Tien Shinhan from the Frederick Renlyck Clan, and Beatrice Azwasen. There will definitely be a chance of a win or a draw."
"But Yuta hasn't shown his full potential yet. He's been using sword skills and techniques." However, this also applies to Jia; she hasn't used any of her aura or chi abilities yet, and it applies to members of prominent families.
"Yuta Casseraal defeated Jia Guilford and demonstrated the strength of an elite class!" Humming and cheering students from all years filled the space, as students from other classes wanted to see the two strongest first-year students fight, and indeed, the strongest in the entire academy. Among those present were the student council presidents, Ting Ling Yi, Yuxiao Yi, and Zichuan Yu from the second year; Melanie Hentri, Kingsley Twarn, and Forrest Selbranac from the third year; and Yi Fan, Ziming Tao, and Frederick Renlyck from the fourth year.
Their expressions were a mixture of calmness, indifference, arrogance, admiration, and interest—something no one would want if there were animosity involved. Yet, none of them said a word; they simply kept looking at Yuta and Jia, who stood in the center of the fighting ring. "This will be a friendly match, so finishing moves, using killer abilities, and inflicting serious injuries on an opponent are prohibited... it will be forbidden." Kaito's voice was calm as he recited the rules of the friendly match to Yuta and Gia, whose calm expressions surprised everyone. They felt something was off, as Yuta and Gia were almost identical in every way except for being from different families, in their eyes.
"We meet again, Gia Guilford," Yuta's voice was calm as he looked at Gia, who was in a fighting stance. "We meet again, Yuta Casseraal," Gia's voice was calm as he gripped his sword hilt. Their faces were as cold as ice, unlike the shocked expressions of the students.
"How do they know each other?"
"Gia Guilford is in a relationship with Yuta Casseraal. What the hell is going on?"
"Yuta is a handsome young man that every girl would want, after all, and that applies to..." Jia, for her part, was one of the five most beautiful girls in the academy.
The courtyard was abuzz with murmurs that reached both Jia and Yuta, but they paid no attention to them. It's human nature to talk a lot without doing anything, as the saying goes, "A man with a long tongue and a short hand." If tongues could sing, a dog would be the richest of creatures.
"Ready... Launch!" Bao Xin Yi's voice was calm as she signaled the start of the fight between Yuta Casseraal, the Elite Class's star, and Jia Guilford, the Legendary Class's star.
As soon as Professor Bao Xin Yi gave the signal to launch, both Yuta and Jia took 23 steps back before heading in opposite directions, maintaining a safe distance to avoid any dangerous attack.
Jia had moved five steps to the right before unleashing an aura around her body, forming an unbreakable shield between them. She released a purple ki aura around herself as she looked towards Yuta, who had moved to the left. Six Steps
"What is Yuta Cassiral planning?" she thought to herself in a calm voice, releasing an aura from her energy-governing sword, which was pure white.
She then shot towards Yuta at great speed, but Yuta easily dodged her, launching an attack towards her waist that caused her to stumble.
Geia turned his gaze to Yuta, who was looking back at her.
"A direct attack won't work. I'll get hurt and lose the fight due to blood loss," Geia thought to herself in a calm voice. As an elite, she was able to create a mental field in which to fight before engaging in real life, avoiding any danger. However, the mental field required a stable, realistic mind to prevent it from winning.
Geia lowered her sword slightly before launching a wind blade attack towards Yuta, who was only 23 steps away.
The crescent-shaped wind blades moved smoothly, cutting through the air and creating a soft hissing sound. Yet, Yuta's expression remained calm as he parried the attack. Using an attack of the same element
Five storms of wind were unleashed. Upon impact, powerful gusts of wind were released, causing spectators to take three steps back.
Wow, it hasn't even been five minutes since the fight began, and they're already showing off their abilities. "Yu Xiao Yi's second-year voice was calm yet charming and captivating, though a hint of malice flickered in her eyes as she turned her gaze to Ting Ling Yi and Zichuan Yu, her rivals among the second-year students. Even though Melanie Hentri, Kingsley Twarren, and Forrest Silbranac from the third year, and Yi Fan, Ziming Tao, and Frederick Renlyck from the fourth year were far more dangerous due to their talent, experience, strength, and intimidating intelligence, Yi Fan, Ziming Tao, and Frederick Renlyck were in their final year at the academy and only had a few months left before they would leave, leaving the competition between Ting Ling Yi, Zichuan Yu, Melanie Hunteri, Kingsley Twarn, and Forrest Silbranac were the only ones present, but she sensed something strange. Her intuition told her that Yuta was more dangerous than all of them, and that's what had drawn her to watch his fight. She hadn't expected to encounter her rivals.
"So, what are you thinking, Xiao Yi? It seems Yuta Casseraal has caught your attention too," Ting Ling Yi said calmly, glancing at Xiao Yi out of the corner of his eye. He didn't bother to wait for her reply, though he was certain she wouldn't answer.
Meanwhile, Yuta was charging towards Jia, launching an attack that sent her back thirty paces. Despite the attack, she remained unscathed.Because she blocked an attack with her sword, and with her enhanced ki, aura, and protective magic, her defense was incredibly strong. Yet, she felt a great power boiling inside her like a fire in a furnace, and her strength didn't diminish even slightly.
"My strength is rising rapidly. I'm currently on the verge of breaking into the Novice Ruler rank. Something is wrong," Jia thought to herself before attacking Yuta with a ball of energy, but he brilliantly blocked the attack.
However, Jia's expression didn't change, as she had already anticipated this, since Yuta wasn't an ordinary opponent but rather one of the rising elite.
After a fraction of a second, a deep sigh escaped Jia's lips before she closed her eyes, and her power began to fade little by little until it disappeared completely. No one could sense her power except for the student council presidents, the elite Kaito class instructor, Bao Xin Yi (the Legendary class instructor), and Yuta's companions. They alone were able to feel her power multiplying within the mana core. Three Gates and the Root Core of Her Datean
They turned their gaze towards Yuta, studying and analyzing his approach. They wondered if he would exploit Gia's weakness, since a user of Kono at a certain rank would only swim at a very weak, human-level level for a few minutes—a sign of a rank breakthrough. Yet, Yuta remained unmoved, his expression calm and a slight smile playing on his lips as he looked at Gia.
"It seems the transmission is working well, even with a sub-average size," Yuta thought to himself, his voice filled with satisfaction.
After several minutes, a wave of wind, carried by Gia's light purple aura, sent rocks flying into the air, only to evaporate.
Her eyes glowed with a light purple light, while strands of her black hair billowed in the air.
A wave of murmurs erupted from the students, a mixture of astonishment, shock, and admiration.
"She has reached the pinnacle of the Fanin realms and is beginning to build her path to the next level." The judges are so young, only 15 years old. Jia Guilford is truly a terrifying talent.
"It seems she'll become one of the most talented students after the Student Council. Ting Ling Yi, Yuxiao Yi, and Zichuan Yu from the second year were Junior Judges; Melanie Huntary, Kingsley Twarn, and Forrest Silbranac from the third year reached Junior Expert Judge; and Yi Fan, Ziming Tao, and Frederick Renlick from the fourth year reached Senior Judge."
The Student Council faction was among the most talented students, considered the heart of the academy. Each one was an elite of the elite. Furthermore, they had the right to study secret books, train in special training halls, and receive training potions that the academy usually granted to students. However, members of the Student Council were an exception.
"Will he really beat Yuta Cassiral? Currently, Jia has become the strongest faction. The ranks are incredibly vast; the difference between them is like the difference between heaven and earth." "
"It seems the fight has taken a dangerous turn. It will be a clash between the elite of the rising elite. How will this fight end?"
"Yuta... Yuta, I don't know, and I know who you are. I know it sounds strange, but remember my words: I will win." Jia's voice was calm, full of confidence and determination. He disappeared from his spot without even waiting for Yuta's reply.
Yuta's cold smile remained plastered on his face as he easily blocked Jia's attack, muttering in a barely audible whisper."Remember who you are. Sometimes hearts are drawn together, and sometimes forms are human, so they are called soulmates. But what if it's something deeper than mere birth or love?" Yuta's voice was calm as he parried Gia's attack. Confused, she backed away fifteen paces from Yuta.
"He's incredibly strong, even though I'm only a Rank XXX++, a novice ruler at the pinnacle of humanity." Gia's voice was a mixture of astonishment, surprise, and confusion, yet her own strength was also increasing dramatically.
A deep sigh escaped Yuta's lips before a dark purple aura began to emanate from his body.
He closed his eyes as ethereal vapor escaped his mouth while he looked towards Gia.
Yuta's voice was calm and cold as he looked towards Gia. An ancient silver thread emanated from his violet eyes. He moved slowly towards her until the world seemed to stop moving.
As Yuta approached Jia, he felt a great force emanating from her. A faint smile appeared on his face as he looked at Jia, around whom the world began to crack and shatter, stopping only to return to its previous state.
However, Jia's appearance was different. Her hair was a deep purple, and behind her back was a giant disc bearing the image of a beautiful woman wearing a black veil that covered her face. She clasped her hands as if praying.
Everyone's expressions shifted to a mixture of shock, surprise, and concern. Jia's current power level was that of a Sacred Ruler after using the blessing of a mysterious entity.
"What in the name of hell is happening? It seems that fighting has reached its peak. Jia's power is equivalent to that of a Sacred Ruler."
"Yuta is in danger. Jia's power level has become monstrous. How will he win?"
"He will lose. No matter how talented someone is, you will lose your place and position. Even student council presidents, if they fight members of families who received that blessing, will lose." "They're tied."
"It seems a monster has bared its fangs. It looks like the situation is rapidly approaching its end. It's only been about 30 minutes, isn't it, Frederick?" Yi Fan, a fourth-year student and vice president of the student council, spoke calmly as he looked at Frederick, whose expression was a mixture of calm, admiration, and interest in both Gia Guilford and Yuta Cassiral.
"Yi Fan is right. The fight seems to have reached its peak. Whether it ends in a draw or a loss for Gia Guilford is ultimately up to Ms. Bao Shen Yi." Frederick's voice was calm as he looked at both Kaito Ishikawa and Bao Shen Yi.
When the two instructors arrived, Bao Shen Yi's expression was as sharp as a sword, bearing the intent to stop the fight. However, Kaito intervened.
"Ms. Bao Shen Yi, please stop. Nothing will happen to Yuta. I know my student well," Kaito said. Ishikawa's calm demeanor silenced Bao Shin Yi, who had been trying to argue with him.
Kaito Ishikawa's expression was filled with confidence that nothing would happen to Yuta.
"It's best if your confidence is well-placed so we don't lose another student after all these years," Bao Shin Yi said calmly, with a hint of sarcasm.
A faint smile appeared on Kaito Ishikawa's face as he glanced at Bao Shin Yi, then turned his gaze back to the arena.
In the arena, Gea launched a powerful attack at Yuta, who dodged it and moved swiftly to the left before unleashing a barrage of energy balls of varying intensity.
Boom... Boom... Boom
Boom... Boom... Boom
Explosions erupted in the sky as Gea deflected Yuta's attacks before launching herself at him. A faint smile appeared on his face as he drew his sharp sword and unleashed a powerful attack. Gea felt her life in danger. After all, Yuta and his sword were stronger than the rulers of this fantasy world, or even the supreme rulers. So it made sense that Gea would lose, even if she was one of the greatest talents. Yuta was stronger than the supreme rulers of this fantasy world.
Gea gritted his teeth as he looked at Yuta, whose hair had turned bright white and whose eyes were red after wielding the sword.
"It seems you're capable of a fairly good transformation, Yuta Kaseral, but you'll have a hard time defeating me," Gea's voice was calm as she looked at Yuta and unleashed several sword strokes, sending crescent-shaped arcs of light purple into the air.
BOOM... BOOM!
After several explosions, Yuta emerged unscathed, thanks to the aura shield surrounding his body. He then launched a powerful attack in the form of fireballs.
The fireballs appeared chaotic as they hurtled towards Gea.
"So it seems he's starting his own attack," Gia's voice was calm as she easily dodged and deflected the fireballs. Yet, she sensed something was amiss.
Her power was increasing significantly compared to an hour ago, and this filled her with apprehension. The unknown power is more dangerous than any enemy, even one that appears helpful. Nothing in this world comes for free, and her rapidly increasing power was a prime example.
Yuta launched a direct attack, giving Gia no chance to react.
Gia's expression shifted to slight surprise before she barely managed to deflect Yuta's assault.
"It seems you can anticipate and counter my attacks. You're truly talented, Gia," Yuta's voice was calm, devoid of any praise, simply stating facts. Gia, however, was uninterested in his compliments.
She amplified her sword with fire and aura, unleashing a powerful explosion that shook the entire training base.
Amidst the dust that filled the arena The entire world appeared, a hybrid of two violets, one cold and sharp, the other sharp but light.
"In a world founded by a curse, its destiny is the destruction of the origin, a non-existent existence, life like green leaves that wither, dry up, crumble, and disappear completely from the existence of the Great Outcast, the creator of this world. The entire novel, this world of imagination, whose size equals that of the Marvel or DC universe, is merely a small dot. It seems that the writer and creator has overstepped his bounds. Today I am his pen, tomorrow not. Nevertheless, I will remain standing with a will of flint and a determination of steel. Nothing is impossible. I will achieve my goals, even if the price is my own life. I am the master of the ruler's path, the creator of the greatest, Yuto." (The tone was...)Yuta remained calm as he looked towards Jia, who was looking back at him with a similarly calm expression. The spectators, however, heard nothing, even though Yuta hadn't used any sound-blocking spell. It was as if no one dared to convey anything more than what had already been said.
Before either Yuta or Jia could make a move, the calm voice of Coach Bao Xin Yi rang out, ending the fight.
"The training match between Yuta Cassiral and Jia Guilford ended in a loss for both of them because Jia used a family blessing and Yuta used his assassin move, which is against the rules of the friendly match," Bao Xin Yi's voice was calm as she looked at Yuta and Jia with a mixture of admiration and anger.
Yuta and Jia left the arena, ignoring the chatter of the students who had watched the fight as if they were nothing more than annoying flies.
"No, why? It was a very enjoyable fight. It lasted an hour and a half, but it was epic."
"Yuta Cassiral is terrifying, even with the power of a mysterious entity equal to his.
"It seems that next year, Jia and Yuta will be the student council presidents instead of Yi Fan, Ziming Tao, and Frederick Renlyck, as it's their final year. However, if they stay, a brutal war will erupt."
"Yuta is extremely dangerous. Moreover, next year we'll be demoted to second year, and we'll have to repeat three years." Ziming Tao's voice was calm, a forest-green glow emanating from his eyes as he looked towards Yuta, who was descending from the arena.
"It seems he has a hand in our being demoted to second year. Soliver's director wants to get rid of us by any means necessary. He certainly won't extend our stay for another three years. Also, I heard that several students were expelled from an elite class—three of them—for tampering with the lecture hall records. Strangely, they're in the same class as Yuta Cassiral. So my hunch is correct; he's involved. This means one thing: we're going to face an extremely dangerous monster." Frederick's voice was filled with suspicion and warning of Yuta, urging him to leave the training base.
"Yuta... Yuta... Yuta," Gia repeated Yuta's name several times, her tone varying each time from icy cold to calm to warm. She felt no love for Yuta, yet she felt a strange affinity for him and a desire to stay by his side for a reason she couldn't fathom.
She felt a strong urge, but she didn't know what it was. It wasn't close to any logical human feelings or desires.
However, she was certain of one thing: time would reveal everything.
