The Last Count
The referee called both fighters to the center. Karikalan,
ribs shattered and body trembling, raised his guard. Elara surged forward,
fists blazing.
Punch after punch landed, driving Karikalan backward until
his body pressed against the ropes. For a full minute, Elara unleashed a
relentless barrage, his fists raining down like a storm. Karikalan held his
guard, absorbing the punishment, his arms shaking under the weight of each
strike.
Then suddenly, Elara stopped. The arena froze.
Commentators (confused):"What's
happening? Why did he stop? What is he planning now?"
Richard's voice trembled:
Richard:"Look
down…"
Karikalan glanced down just as Elara leaned in, striking
his vital points — precise, devastating blows like varmam from
kalaripayattu.
Karikalan (screaming):"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
Blood spilled from his mouth. The crowd gasped in horror.
Commentators:"Elara
has struck his vital points! Karikalan is like a cat trapped in a pot now… this
is brutal!"
Fans cried out:
Fans:"I can't watch
anymore! He's being beaten mercilessly!"
Celebrities cheered arrogantly:
Celebrities:"Finish
him off, Elara!"
Pooja smirked, her voice cold:
Pooja:"I thought
the match would end in seconds… but it still goes on. Poor Karikalan. He can't
fight anymore. Anyway, I'll profit from this match."
Karikalan collapsed to his knees, the referee rushing in to
count.
Referee:"1…
2… 3…"
Elara sneered, his inner voice dripping with arrogance:
Elara (thinking):
"Why are you still persistent? Stay down. I won't lose to a punk like
you. We, the rich, dominate this world. You people can't climb against us. Stay
down — my future wife is watching. I want to win easily."
He raised his hand before the count ended, announcing
himself as the winner prematurely. The crowd gasped at his arrogance.
But then — at the count of 9 — Karikalan staggered back to
his feet. The arena fell silent.
Elara (shocked):"What?
He's standing…?!"
His shock turned to rage.
Elara (furious):
"You've made me angrier than any opponent before. I will finish
this!"
Twisting his body, Elara launched a flying kick straight
into Karikalan's cheek. The impact sent Karikalan crashing to the mat,
unconscious.
The arena erupted — half in cheers, half in outrage. The
round ended not with honor, but with brutality.
Episode — Talent vs. Hardwork
Karikalan lay unconscious on the mat after Elara's flying
kick. The referee rushed in, but before the count could begin, Elara surged
forward again.
With no hesitation, he drove his elbow into Karikalan's
forehead.
Thud! Thud! Thud!
Each strike was merciless, leaving streams of blood pouring
from Karikalan's head.
Commentators (horrified):"This
is one of the scariest, most brutal fights I've ever seen! What's happening to
Elara? Is there any way to stop him?"
The referee tried to intervene, but Elara continued
thrashing, his voice echoing with arrogance:
Elara (furious, shouting):"Do
you still think you can win? At the press conference, you said you'd win by
hard work. Tell me — what is hard work in this world? People say it can beat
talent. But I will prove hard work is trash compared to talent like mine!"
He pressed his elbow harder, blood staining the mat.
Elara (ranting):"Talent
will always win when it matters most. Stop preaching that hard work pays off.
Compared to talent, hard work is nothing! Fighters like me are born prodigies
from the very first day of life!"
Finally, the referees forced him back, pulling him away
from Karikalan's broken body. Elara stepped aside, smirking, his arrogance
radiating across the arena.
Episode — The Fire of Hardwork
The referee forced both fighters back to their neutral
corners. The arena buzzed with tension — Elara's arrogant rant about talent
still echoed in the air.
Richard leaned close, his voice heavy with concern:
Richard:"What are
you going to do now? Are you still trying to defend yourself, or fight against
him in the next round?"
Karikalan wiped the blood from his face, his eyes burning
with fury.
Karikalan (angrily):"That
moron… he insulted the effort of hard work I've put in for five years. I'm
going to end this business soon."
Richard froze, stunned. For the first time in the fight, he
saw anger in Karikalan's eyes — not just persistence, but fire.
Richard
(surprised):"Good! Then fight him carefully."
Karikalan stood tall, cleaning the blood from his body. His
ribs ached, his forehead throbbed, but his spirit blazed brighter than ever.
Before stepping back into the center, he turned to Richard
and Veera:
Karikalan (smiling, defiant):"Don't worry. I will knock him down within these remaining
rounds."
Richard and Veera's eyes widened — shocked by his
declaration, yet filled with awe. For the first time, Karikalan wasn't just
surviving… he was promising victory.
Episode — The Killer Punch
The bell rang for Round 4. Both fighters stood tall in the
center, fair and square. Elara surged forward, fists blazing, launching a
barrage of punches.
But this time, Karikalan didn't flinch. His head stayed
steady, his eyes locked on Elara.
Elara (inner voice, shaken):
"What is happening? I thought I'd finish him in this round… but he's
coming back with more surprises than I imagined."
Elara leaned down, twisting his body, and launched a
powerful punch straight at Karikalan's cheek.
Karikalan's eyes sharpened — he gazed the punch, then
countered with a devastating strike of his own.
Thud!
Elara was thrashed to the ground with such force that the
entire arena gasped.
Commentators (shouting in disbelief):"What is happening?! The challenger has finally awakened —
he just threw a killer punch at the champion!"
The air grew heavy, filled with intensity. The crowd held
its breath.
Commentators:
"Can Karikalan throw another punch like that?"
Richard and Veera leapt from their seats, their voices
filled with joy:
Richard & Veera (together):"That's it! That's one hell of a punch!"
Fans erupted, screaming Karikalan's name:
Fans:"That's
it! He launched a killer punch on that arrogant fool!"
The arena thundered as people tapped their feet against the
floor, creating a rhythm of support for Karikalan.
Celebrities, once smug, now sat in shock:
Celebrities (stunned):"What
is this? What kind of punch was that? Elara, don't give up! Stay in line and
fight — defeat him!"
But the tide had shifted. The crowd was no longer with
Elara. The challenger had awakened, and the fight was no longer one‑sided.
Episode — The Broken Optic Bone
Elara lay sprawled on the mat, clutching his face. His
voice trembled with disbelief:
Elara (inner
voice):"What a killer punch… it's hurting me. I've never faced
anything like this in my entire life. It literally broke my optic bone… ah… but
there's no use talking about it. I just need to stand on my feet now."
The referee's count echoed through the arena:
Referee:"1… 2…
3…"
Slowly, Elara rose, staggering back to his feet.
Commentators (shocked):"Elara
is back up after the referee's count… oh wait! Look at his face — it's bruised!
Karikalan's punch is beyond anything we imagined!"
The celebrities, once arrogant, now sat in stunned silence.
Celebrities
(whispering):"That punch literally broke his optic bone…"
For the first time, Pooja's voice carried awe instead of
arrogance:
Pooja (mesmerized):"I
thought the match was over… but he's still standing. And Karikalan… despite
broken ribs, he's still fighting. Who is this guy? There's no way a man should
be able to launch a punch like that after broken ribs."
The arena was filled with disbelief. Fans tapped their
feet, commentators gasped, and Elara's arrogance began to crumble under the
weight of Karikalan's persistence.
