Sai also looked at his grandfather.
This time, he did not refute his younger brother.
Chinjao nodded.
"That's right. I do think highly of him.
"There are not many strong people on this sea, but there aren't few either.
"As for those so-called Three Emperors, Whitebeard, Edward Newgate, spends every day holding banquets with his huge family of sons.
"Big Mom, Charlotte Linlin, spends her days on Cake Island giving birth to children, while occasionally going berserk.
"As for Kaido…"
At this point, Chinjao hesitated.
"Calling Kaido a pure brute isn't quite right. Calling him meticulous isn't right either.
"He is the only one I cannot see through.
"So I favor White Ghost the most. He is young, powerful, decisive, and has vision.
"If a person like that does not rise, I do not know who else could."
Sai took out a newspaper.
"Grandfather, what about the Red-Haired Pirates? What about Shanks?"
Chinjao glanced at the paper and shook his head.
"That guy has been stirring up chaos in the New World recently. I don't know what he's trying to do."
Sai held the newspaper and said, "The paper says the Red-Haired Pirates re-entered the New World aiming for the Three Emperors."
A look of disdain appeared on Chinjao's face.
"He is merely a former crewmember of Pirate King Roger. Does he really think this is still Roger's era?
"Naive brat. Just watch. Those three will make their move. That boy won't be jumping around for long."
Just then, a palace attendant from the Flower Country hurried over, speaking in a sharp voice.
"Oh my! Chief Chinjao, His Majesty summons you. Quickly, quickly, come with me."
As he spoke, he stepped forward and tried to pull Chinjao outside.
Chinjao rose as well.
He knew what this was about. Most likely, His Majesty was feeling uneasy.
Sai and Boo hurriedly followed.
On the way, Chinjao asked the palace attendant, "Eunuch, why is His Majesty in such a hurry? Logically speaking, that group has a good reputation."
The attendant looked around. Seeing no one nearby, he lowered his voice.
"What else could it be? It's because of Uholisia, the granddaughter of the head of the Niho Navy."
Chinjao and his grandsons froze.
Boo, who never thought before speaking, blurted out, "What is that ugly woman causing trouble for now? Hasn't she been pestering my big brother lately?
"She said she wanted to get engaged to him because she liked him. What is she making a fuss about now?"
Chinjao punched his foolish grandson, then turned to the attendant with a smile.
"Eunuch, please pretend you didn't hear that. This boy has always been like this."
The attendant knew Boo had always been this kind of person, so he simply nodded and continued.
"Sigh. Who knows where Uholisia heard that Dragon Emperor White Ghost was coming.
"She dragged her father to see His Majesty and said she wants White Ghost as her thirteenth husband. His Majesty has a terrible headache over it right now."
Chinjao pictured that woman Uholisia, then thought of the women around White Ghost.
Cold sweat immediately soaked his back.
Speechless, Chinjao said, "Does she really have no fear of death? Has she even looked at herself? Would White Ghost lack women by his side?"
The attendant nodded along.
"Exactly. His Majesty is extremely troubled right now. You know how much the Niho chief dotes on his daughter. He'll do absolutely anything."
The group hurried to the palace.
As soon as they reached the main hall, a voice rang out from inside.
"Your Majesty! For the sake of all these years this old minister has fought for you, please agree! You know our family has only this one precious treasure in this generation!"
When Chinjao walked in, he saw the leader of the Niho Navy kneeling there, hugging the king's leg while crying and wailing with snot and tears.
Chinjao and the others all twitched at the sight.
King Ramen was a bald man with a dragon tattoo on the left side of his head and small Chinese-style sunglasses.
Two long whiskers hung from the corners of his mouth. Unlike the weak, frail kings of many other countries, he looked rather sturdy.
King Ramen was currently suffering from a headache.
The leader of the Niho Navy was pestering him relentlessly over his granddaughter's happiness.
When he heard movement and turned to see Chinjao, his face immediately lit up.
He hurriedly waved.
"Chief Chinjao, come here quickly."
Uholisia was a tall and burly woman whose appearance could rival certain people from Ivankov's country. She wore a qipao.
Her exposed thighs were thick and powerful, and her face was covered with who knew how many layers of cosmetics.
When she saw Sai arrive, she immediately threw him a flirtatious wink.
Sai remained expressionless.
For someone like him, who pursued strength, a woman was just a woman. Her appearance didn't matter much.
Chinjao and the others hurriedly saluted.
"Your Majesty."
King Ramen waved his hand.
"Forget the formalities. Hurry. Help me persuade Chief Niho."
The Niho chief looked at Chinjao, anger beginning to appear on his face, as if saying: if you oppose me, we fight.
Chinjao gave him no face at all and spoke bluntly.
"Niho, do you not understand how dangerous White Ghost is? How can you join your granddaughter in this nonsense?"
The Niho chief's face darkened.
"How dangerous can he be? He's just a young brat. Can he really be so strong he reaches the heavens?"
For chiefs like these who had never been to the Grand Line, Chinjao didn't even know how to explain it.
He scratched his uneven, dented head.
"How strong? Let me put it this way. I estimate that even I am not his match."
"Hmph. I thought you were going to say he could reach the heavens.
"So it's only that much. Are you saying that if several of us chiefs joined forces, we still couldn't beat that brat?"
The Niho chief spoke with open disdain.
Several other chiefs beside him also nodded in agreement.
A young brat, that was all.
So what if he had beaten Kaido?
Were they supposed to believe that if several chiefs attacked together, that boy could still defeat all of them?
Hearing the others agree with him, the Niho chief grew even more smug.
"Letting him become my granddaughter's husband is already giving him face!
"If he knows what's good for him, he'll obediently accept my granddaughter. If he doesn't…"
As he spoke, an ambiguous expression appeared on the Niho chief's face.
Uholisia moved closer to Sai.
"Sorry, Sai. I've taken a liking to that man. As for you, I suppose you'll have to wait until later."
Sai remained expressionless.
"Say that after you meet that man."
Sai knew just how dangerous White Ghost was.
His grandfather had been to the Grand Line and knew far more than these country bumpkins.
Chinjao looked helpless.
"You people have never been to the Grand Line. You don't understand how terrifying the strong on this sea are. Their power is not as simple as you imagine."
The Niho chief looked at Chinjao with contempt.
Chinjao grew irritated under that gaze, his eyes narrowing as he stared back.
The Niho chief sneered.
"Chinjao, I think that Garp beat all the courage out of you. Now any random nobody shows up, and you think we can't handle him?"
Not good.
Sai, Boo, King Ramen, and the other chiefs all felt their hearts jump.
Chinjao clenched his fists.
His eyes turned blood-red as he stared fixedly at the Niho chief.
"What did you just say?"
