Kiara confirmed it calmly to the system, even though she already understood how valuable the brooch was and how much it could improve growth, survival, and control over the battlefield in both subtle and overwhelming ways, and yet, even with that knowledge sitting clearly in her mind, she did not hesitate in giving it away.
She had already made her choice.
If she had kept it for herself, then during the day she could have constantly absorbed the natural energy drifting through the air, refining it slowly into ether energy while standing still, while at the same time her body would heal at a much faster rate.
It would make injuries less meaningful and fatigue almost irrelevant, and during the night, she could have moved like a ghost through the Imperial Palace itself, disturbing her enemies one by one without leaving a trace behind.
