Chapter 288 - Vampire Horde

At this moment, Wanda received a message from Stephen of the 2024 Universe.

"It's not good. When Stephen left the Astral Plane, due to chaotic time and space, the Darkhold scattered into countless pages, spreading throughout New York. Now they need help to collect all the pages."

"Dracula has dispatched his Vampire army, attempting to find the Vampire chapters."

Wanda's expression was solemn.

Magneto's expression shifted. "In that case, Luna, Iron Fist, Wolverine, you go to the 2024 Universe now to assist them in fighting Dracula."

Professor X glanced at him, this was the first time he had seen Magneto so "efficient."

He remembered that in the past, Magneto wasn't fond of those Superheroes.

Magneto noticed his old friend's thoughts and said earnestly, "I am doing this for the world. Relying on those unreliable Superheroes is not as reliable as us old men."

Wanda nodded upon hearing this. "That's good. I will stay here to help you upgrade the Brainwave Amplifier, assisting you in quickly gathering X-Men from across the Universe."

"More strength means more confidence in confronting this crisis."

"I have a premonition that a larger conspiracy is hidden behind this incident. Dracula might just be an appetizer."

Wanda had an unusually keen sense for crises.

A mere Dracula could absolutely not possess such capability. He didn't have the intelligence.

Wanda highly suspected that Victor might be behind this matter.

Before Victor stepped forward to claim Dracula's achievements, even Doctor Strange and his allies had not linked Dracula and Victor.

After all, throughout the entire incident, the Vampires led by Dracula dominated the entire scene, while Victor had never appeared.

Even Victor Tower had ceased operations when the Eternal Night descended.

At least for now, they hadn't found any clues about Victor.

Hearing this, Magik volunteered, "Then I'll give you a ride, and coincidentally meet those damned Vampires."

Magik subconsciously looked at Aaron,

Aaron raised an eyebrow. "Then I'll play along with you all."

He could hear Galacta's incessant cries of hunger, wanting food.

There was nothing he could do, he could never refuse a request from a beautiful girl.

Who could refuse a beautiful foodie?

Magik immediately used her Limbo authority,

Using Limbo as a transit point, directly reaching the 2024 Universe.

Limbo was a very special place, where time flowed differently in different areas.

Combined with Magik's own mutant abilities, she could travel through space and time at will via these passages. She could even easily teleport a large army.

Aaron glanced at Limbo.

After taking in the entire dimension through his authority, he selected a universe within his cellular universe and transformed it into an internal Limbo dimension and it perfectly replicated the characteristics of Limbo.

The only difference was the absence of the filthy demons.

Through the passage, everyone successfully arrived at a 2024 Universe New York shrouded in Eternal Night.

Aaron surveyed his surroundings, the darkness could not impede his vision.

Long ago, he had gained night vision, allowing him to see as clearly as day in absolute darkness.

"We've only been gone for a few months, and New York has become a ghost town?" Luna shivered, subconsciously moving closer to Aaron.

This made her feel warm and secure.

Magik, as if returning home, quickly became familiar with the night here. After all, the situation in her home, Limbo, was a hundred times worse than this.

This was nothing.

"How do we proceed now?"

Magik surveyed her surroundings. Having left the Real Universe long ago, she was very unfamiliar with New York. Or rather, she was unfamiliar with the entire Universe.

Wolverine, aided by the faint moonlight, struggled to discern directions.

"Welcome, warriors from other universes! Now, let the most excellent announcer, Miss Galacta, introduce you to Eternal Night New York and guide you in the right direction!"

Galacta's cheerful voice suddenly blared from a radio by the abandoned road.

Wolverine's expression changed drastically. "Wait, if I remember correctly… New York has many Vampires?"

"As creatures of the night, they should be very sensitive to sound?"

Galacta praised, "That's right, at your eight o'clock, nine o'clock… in all directions, a large wave of Vampires is approaching."

"Great warriors, for this world, eliminate the minions of the darkest Dracula."

"I'll be cheering you on."

Iron Fist's lips twitched upon hearing this. "No way, why does your voice sound so… joyful?"

Are you sure you're not on Dracula's side?

Galacta hadn't contacted Wolverine or Iron Fist, so they didn't know Galacta's true stance.

Magik frowned, summoning her Soulsword and preparing for battle.

Luna's hand glowed with a ball of ice and snow. The surrounding temperature plummeted several degrees.

"I can already smell those damned bats."

Whoosh!

Wolverine popped his Adamantium claws, his gaze sharp. "Yes, all directions, they've surrounded us."

Iron Fist assumed a boxing stance and glanced at Aaron. "Aren't you going to prepare?"

"Prepare? For a bunch of small bats?" Aaron sneered, his words full of surprise and disdain.

Iron Fist was speechless.

It was a wasted question.

The other party was a Celestial.

As they spoke, the first Vampire burst out of the darkness. His blood-red eyes were extremely conspicuous in the night. Sharp claws and exposed fangs all indicated that he was a terrifying hunter. His ferocious face was filled with a craving for blood.

However, he ran into an even more terrifying group of hunters.

Luna stepped forward, unleashing a destructive wave of freezing cold aura from her hand, turning the path ahead into slippery ice.

The Vampire slipped and fell to the ground, and more Vampires rushed out, falling one after another. Before they could get up, a cold current surged over their bodies, turning them into ice sculptures.

At the same time, several ice blades appeared in Luna's hand, shooting out like throwing knives, pinning all the Vampires in front of her to the ground.

The others also confronted the Vampires in their respective directions.

Magik's Soulsword rose and fell, severing heads. To some extent, these Vampires were also magical constructs, utterly powerless against the Soulsword.

Similarly, Vampires facing Wolverine's Adamantium claws were easily torn to shreds like rags.

Only Iron Fist's situation was slightly more serious.

Without the Sword of Fu Xi, he had lost his area-of-effect attack.

While he could defeat Vampires with skill using his iron fists, he had only recently become the Iron Fist, and although his fists were strong enough to shatter concrete, the Vampires' unique immortal bodies possessed considerable healing abilities.

Unless he blew their heads off, Iron Fist would find it difficult to effectively wound the Vampires.

Vampires surged from all directions and Iron Fist felt increasingly overwhelmed.

Many Vampires bypassed him and rushed towards the others.

Aaron was the first to be targeted.

"Watch out!" Iron Fist shouted at Aaron.

However, Aaron merely glanced at them and these ferocious Vampires all froze in place. Their entire bodies rapidly petrified in an extremely short time, their expressions forever frozen in that moment of terror.

That wasn't fear due to petrification, but rather seeing a terrifying, unknown, great horrifying existence.

It was mental and spiritual damage. Just making eye contact with Aaron caused these ferocious Vampires to collapse.

And petrification was more like a "protective measure" to prevent them from completely disintegrating.

Such an eerie scene made the other Vampires stop in their tracks. Looking at the dozens of petrified Vampires in front of Aaron, their faces contorted in fear.

Even terrifying as they were, they had to admit that Aaron was ten thousand times more terrifying than the butcher next to him.

Subsequently, these Vampires diverted from Aaron, rushing towards the other four individuals.
