The first wish resurrected all life on Earth that had died because of Vegeta and Nappa.
If Goku and the others had made the wish themselves, they would have only revived close companions, inevitably forgetting about ordinary Earthlings killed during the invasion.
This time, however, everything was restored.
Not just humans—but animals as well. Cats, dogs, birds, and countless other small lives all returned.
The second wish was also made under Vegeta's guidance.
Since he had already intervened, he naturally chose the most efficient solution, ensuring there would be no need to waste future wishes.
Vegeta arranged for Kami, Piccolo, and Mr. Popo to gather Earth's Dragon Balls as quickly as possible and revive the Namekians killed by Frieza.
Earth's Dragon Balls possessed a peculiar loophole:
If their creator died and was later revived, the Dragon Balls' cooldown would be reset.
This was exactly what happened in the original timeline.
Namek's Dragon Balls were different.
Even after the Grand Elder's death, changing the creator to Elder Muk did not reset Porunga's cooldown. The cycle continued uninterrupted.
Even Porunga himself couldn't override this rule.
Only Super Shenron could resurrect someone who died naturally—and that was far beyond reach.
Using Earth's Shenron, all fallen Namekians were successfully revived.

After death, they had gone to Heaven in the Other World. If resurrection failed, they would quietly wait for reincarnation a year later.

With all Namekians restored, Porunga finally accepted the second wish:
To create a new planet suitable for Namekian life, with concealed coordinates, preventing future invasions.
The third wish followed:
To transfer all life from Namek Planet to the new world except Vegeta, Bulma, Goku, Krillin, and Gohan.
Just as the wish was being granted, two exceptions appeared.
Nail chose to remain.
Then Dende followed.
They both understood the reason Cooler was about to arrive.
They wanted to stay behind and defend their home one last time.
Vegeta didn't interfere.
He had no intention of staying anyway.
Before Cooler arrived, there was no need.
In fact, even if Vegeta never showed up again, Goku was already strong enough.
With his current strength, Goku could defeat Cooler on his own.
As the protagonist of this era, he deserved that victory.
Vegeta had no intention of stealing it.
Vegeta's normal battle power had already reached 15 million.
His Super Saiyan Full Power state stood at 1.2 billion.
Goku's current normal state was around 8 million.
After their previous battle, he had grown rapidly again.
Even without breaking realms, Super Saiyan First Stage alone had reached 400 million.
And there were still half a month before Cooler's arrival.
As for Nail and Dende joining the new Namek later—

It was Piccolo, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha.
After being revived, they wanted Vegeta's help reaching Namek Planet.
They believed Instant Transmission could only cross interstellar distances.
They underestimated Vegeta.
He could go to the Underworld right now—and bring them back.
King Kai originally planned to wait until they returned to Earth, provide Vegeta with Earth's spatial coordinates, and let him try teleportation from there.
If that failed, Piccolo and the others would release their ki to serve as beacons.
It was a solid plan.
And Vegeta needed Earth's coordinates anyway.
But he had no intention of following King Kai's method.
After a brief pause, Vegeta transmitted his thoughts.
"Give me Earth's spatial coordinates first."
"I want to test something."
If Instant Transmission could function purely through coordinates then spaceships would become obsolete.
No one spoke.
Even Bulma watched silently, her eyes full of anticipation.
It had been almost half a year since they left Earth.
Missing home was unavoidable.

King Kai's voice echoed in Vegeta's mind.
With it came a deeper understanding of spatial data transmission.
In the next instant—
Vegeta vanished.
Bulma, Goku, Krillin, Gohan, Nail, and Dende all tensed.
"Did he succeed?" Bulma whispered.
Goku's eyes lit up.
"So this is Instant Transmission… After Cooler, I have to go to Planet Yardrat."
Earth
Kami's Lookout
Kami and Mr. Popo had just finished making their wish and finally relaxed.
Everything was back on track.
Then a figure appeared.
Silently.
The pressure crushed down instantly.
Sweat poured from Kami's face.
Vegeta stood before them.
Even knowing Vegeta was no longer the same man fear was instinctual.
"You—how did you suddenly—?!" Kami stammered.
Vegeta glanced at him, then at Mr. Popo.
A faint smile crossed his lips.
And he vanished again.
No explanations were necessary.
Other World
Grand Kai's Planet
King Kai closely observed Vegeta's movements.
As the bridge of Instant Transmission's authority-holder, he could track the jump.
Seeing Vegeta appear on Earth—and succeed—
King Kai finally relaxed.
If Piccolo and the others weren't his prized disciples, he wouldn't have gone through such trouble.
Now that they were revived, it was only natural to support their desire to fight Cooler.
Merit was merit, no matter who landed the final blow.
"Hmm?" King Kai frowned.
"Why didn't he return to Namek?"
Before the thought finished Vegeta's voice came from behind.
"Yo."
"VEGETA?!"
"You came straight to the Underworld?!"
"Instant Transmission works across realms?!"
Shock erupted.
Even King Kai broke into a cold sweat.
"This has never happened before."
Vegeta scanned his surroundings.
"So this is Grand Kai's Planet."
His gaze shifted to Piccolo, Tien, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha.
Their strength was impressive.
Each had surpassed two million.
Piccolo was nearly equal to Goku's normal state.
Training here was no joke.
Yamcha's eyes burned with hostility.
Vegeta ignored it.
If Yamcha crossed the line, he would regret it.
"Let's go," Vegeta said calmly.
"I'll take you to Namek."
The four relaxed instantly.
They exchanged looks, then turned to King Kai.
"Go on," King Kai said lightly.
"When you die again, we'll meet. It won't take long."
After a long farewell, they approached Vegeta.
All except Yamcha thanked him.
"Grab my shoulder or my back," Vegeta said coldly.
"Don't let go."
"Otherwise, don't blame me if you're lost in space."
The four nodded and reached out.
In the next instant Instant Transmission activated.
The five vanished from Grand Kai's Planet.
A new journey had begun.
