Chapter 166 - The Strategy Of War

Ten days passed in constant training and battle preparations. Every soldier pushed themselves to the limit. Tupu and Johan both seasoned warriors who once served high‑rank positions in the old world trained their people with precision and discipline. Inside Light's mansion, all the heroes gathered with the leaders of their armies. Light stood at the head of the table. "Lucky for us, I still have one of the few maps of New Heaven City. Albert, grab the map.""Yes, sir," Albert said, hurrying off. Light continued, "Knowing my father… he probably won't join the fight unless he absolutely needs to. So we won't have to worry about him until later." Malik raised an eyebrow. "What makes you say that?" Light replied, "One thing about my father he only wastes his energy on those he considers worthy." Thomas listened closely to every word. Luke said, "We might have to keep Thomas in a safe zone. Save him for Lucifer." Thomas stepped forward. "No. I will fight with my brothers and sisters." Light nodded. "Yes, Thomas we will need your strength. But saving your energy has to be your priority. Remember… it's going to be wave after wave." Ice crossed his arms. "We must be ready at any cost. What kind of troops are we expecting?" Light thought for a moment. "I can't say. There are all kinds of demons." Luke exhaled. "So we know for a fact we have to worry about Lucifer and Azazel." The raven perched in the room suddenly screamed:"Caw! Caw! Lord of Seduction! Caw! Caw!" Sophie's eyes widened. "That's right… the Queen."Thomas clenched his fists. The thought of Lucifer and that evil queen the ones who killed his mentor filled him with rage. Johan stepped forward. "We should separate the whole unit into three." Everyone paused, considering it. Luke asked, "So how will your plan play out?" Johan said, "We break the group into three divisions. And we put three leaders in charge of each." Light asked, "Who will be the three leaders?" Johan looked around. "Isn't it obvious? Luke, Ice, and Sophie." Sophie blinked. "Wait a minute Thomas is stronger than me." Thomas shook his head. "Sophie… no. She's right." Sophie looked at him, confused. Thomas continued, "No one else can do this role but you. You are smarter and stronger than you think, Sophie." Sophie looked around the room. Everyone nodded. The choice felt right. She had once been a nurse someone who saw the good in people someone who never imagined being in a war. But now? She stood tall."Okay," Sophie said. "I'll do it." Johan smiled. "Then it's settled. Our three generals Luke, Ice, and Sophie."
