A cataclysmic wave of energy burst out from that single finger. It slammed into the altar, bypassing the damage calculations entirely, and instantly shattered the red barrier around Carl. The shockwave continued, thoroughly destroying the Altar, turning the indestructible crystals to mere dust, and revealing an impossibly radiant golden Chest buried beneath the ruins.
"This?!! How dare you human?!!!!"
The Voice screamed in unrestrained rage, as violent waves of raw energy burst out from the sky. The sheer pressure parted the thick clouds, revealing a colossal, mythological dragon... It was so astronomically huge it covered the whole sky above them, eclipsing the light. Its thick, silver scales glowed with destructive energy before them, as it fixed its burning red eyes on the tiny creatures below.
