Chapter 521 - Chapter 521: The Deadly Light Swallows Frieza

A white meteor crashed down with a deafening, earth-shaking boom.

Violent atmospheric pressure ripped through the dried-up lakebed, sending plumes of sickly green Namekian dust spiraling into the oppressive sky.

Vegeta didn't even glance at Frieza in midair. Carrying an ultimate battle power that had skyrocketed past the unimaginable threshold of 200,000, he slammed directly onto the ground. The crater beneath his boots instantly spiderwebbed outward for dozens of meters.

His target was crystal clear. His killing intent, thick and suffocating, locked dead onto the kneeling Kaido.

Kaido was already tottering on the verge of collapse. His breath rattled in his chest, a harsh, wet sound, and it was a struggle just to stand firm on his half-regenerated left knee.

Before the Yonko could even draw a full breath, a combat boot wrapped in a dense, blindingly white aura viciously kicked him squarely in the spine.

The kinetic force behind this kick was utterly unreasonable.

The ten-meter-tall Demon Dragon body flew out across the ground like a heavy cannonball shot from its barrel. Kaido's massive frame violently plowed a bottomless, smoking trench through the alien earth. Along the way, seven or eight towering stone pillars were entirely shattered to dust by his momentum.

He finally slammed into a grayish-white cliff face in the distance, embedding himself deep within the solid rock. The intense impact covered the entire cliff with deep, jagged, spiderweb-like cracks. Large chunks of rubble cascaded downward, burying the Beast in an avalanche of debris.

Vegeta hovered above the pile of rubble, his arms crossed over his battle armor. A wildly violent and bloodthirsty sneer hung on his lips.

"If my memory serves me right, you just used that filthy foot of yours to stomp on the left side of my chest." Vegeta's voice dripped with aristocratic malice. "I hold grudges, you oversized freak. Now, I'm returning the favor."

A low, suppressed roar abruptly echoed from deep within the shadowed cliff face. It sounded exactly like an apex predator driven into a blind, murderous rage—a primal, guttural vibration that shook the loose pebbles on the ground.

A bloody, mangled Kaido struggled to squeeze his way out of the rubble pit. Dark purple blood streamed steadily down his dust-covered cheeks, matting his wild mane of hair. From a distance, his dark-golden vertical pupils locked dead onto the midair Vegeta.

He recognized him instantly. This was the same arrogant brat in the blue suit who had been coughing up blood while pinned helplessly beneath his heel just minutes ago.

Just a moment ago, he had looked like a half-dead piece of trash. But now, the ki radiating from inside this brat felt completely wrong. It was expanding like a rapidly inflating balloon, swelling more than a dozen times greater than before. That ki was entirely filled with rampant, unadulterated killing intent.

"What a lingering, pesky piece of trash," Kaido spat out a mouthful of blood mixed with dirt, his voice a gravelly rumble.

He suddenly bent over and reached down into the crater, his massive fingers snatching up the shattered lower half of Hassaikai that had fallen nearby. The thick muscle groups in his left arm instantly bulged, veins popping against his dark scales.

Wrapped in a brutal, low whistling of wind, the spiked club swung viciously upwards at Vegeta's head, aiming to shatter the Saiyan's skull into powder.

Vegeta didn't show the slightest intention of dodging. He simply raised his right hand with feathery lightness and spread his five white-gloved fingers.

An ear-splitting clang of metal striking metal erupted, echoing across the desolate wasteland. Massive showers of blinding golden sparks scattered madly in all directions.

With just one hand, Vegeta steadily caught the rough, broken cross-section of Hassaikai. His arm hovered in midair without even the slightest tremble. The club, weighing tens of thousands of pounds and swung with the might of an Emperor of the Sea, might as well have smashed into an invisible wall of solid steel.

Kaido's eyelids twitched violently. This kind of absolute, head-on clash of raw strength requiring no technique whatsoever—this brat definitely hadn't possessed this level of raw power just moments ago.

Vegeta didn't leave Kaido a single split-second to process the shock. Taking advantage of the stalled momentum, he grabbed back, tightly gripping the rusted, sharp spikes on Hassaikai.

His white aura exploded outwards in a blinding halo. In the instant that flash of white light zipped by, his speed had already ascended to its absolute limit, tearing the very air apart.

Kaido's Observation Haki barely managed to catch the afterimage. But his battered, tattered body simply couldn't keep up with his brain's subconscious reaction time. He was just too fast.

Kaido swung his club down viciously, but hit nothing. He swept his club horizontally in a sweeping arc, but still hit thin air.

Before he could even raise his hand for a third strike, Vegeta breached Kaido's wide-open guard like a phantom born of light.

A devastating flying knee slammed directly into the Demon Dragon scales on Kaido's chest.

A sickeningly sharp crack rang out. Several of the hardest black scales on his chest completely shattered on the spot, exploding outward like shrapnel and exposing the torn and mangled flesh beneath.

Kaido instantly let out a muffled groan. Under that frenzied, pinpoint impact, his stomach violently convulsed, threatening to expel its contents.

But Kaido of the Beasts had never known the meaning of retreat. His wild combat instincts, honed over decades of bloodshed, drove him to violently detonate the last reserves of Conqueror's Haki within his body.

Black-red lightning exploded outward from him as the epicenter, brushing right against the two of them with the crackle of static electricity. It surged outward like a rampaging, unbroken tsunami, meant to crush the willpower of anyone caught in its wake.

Vegeta couldn't help but frown, his sneer faltering for a fraction of a second. He felt like he had crashed into a spiked iron wall charged with high-frequency, high-voltage electricity.

He was forcibly knocked back over a dozen paces by that rampant, invisible energy, his boots skidding across the sky. It took great effort to barely stabilize his body in midair, his aura flaring to push back against the Haki.

Right at that moment, a casually aloof voice drifted down from the sky above, cutting through the tension like an ice-cold scalpel.

"A bit interesting."

From beginning to end, Frieza had maintained the leisurely, indifferent posture of a spectator. His hands were quietly crossed over his chest, resting against his pristine white biological armor. That thick, white tail of his was casually swaying back and forth behind him, a pendulum marking the time until their inevitable deaths.

Looking down from high above, his ruby-red gaze sized up the powered-up Vegeta as if examining a slightly less boring new toy that had just been unboxed.

"It looks like you've desperately struggled and crawled your way back from the brink of death once again," Frieza mused, his voice smooth and melodic. "That inferior, cockroach-like constitution of the Saiyans—growing more resilient with every beating—is truly sickening."

"But what can that possibly change?"

Frieza's tone remained so elegant it was nauseating. It was the tone of a god questioning a particularly stubborn insect.

Vegeta whipped his head around. Due to extreme humiliation, his eyelids twitched uncontrollably.

It was that condescending tone again! It was that arrogant, dismissive attitude!

He had been played for a fool like a pet monkey by Frieza for years. The entire Saiyan race had been trampled underfoot, their pride ground into the dirt, treated like wild dogs kept purely for amusement.

Old grudges and new hatred boiled over, rushing straight to Vegeta's head in a blinding flash of fury.

"Don't be so fckin' arrogant, Frieza!" Vegeta roared hysterically, the sound tearing his throat raw.

He completely abandoned the heavily wounded Kaido behind him. He threw his hands wide, drawing in every ambient particle of energy around him, before bringing them together, palms facing outward in his signature stance.

Every last drop of ki in his body was fully mobilized in that instant. With reckless abandon, this power gathered and compressed madly between his hands, glowing with the brilliance of a dying star.

Under the immense pressure of this high-density energy, the surrounding space began to warp and wrinkle. Even the light passing through the Namekian atmosphere began to blur, bending around the sheer gravitational weight of his attack.

"Take this! This is my full power after breaking my limits!" Vegeta screamed, his face contorted in a mix of triumph and absolute rage. "Final Flash!"

A terrifying golden beam of light, thicker and more massive than any ki blast before it, exploded from his hands with a deafening boom.

The beam carried an unimaginably extreme heat, a roaring golden pillar of absolute destruction. Wherever it passed, even the murky, humid atmosphere of Namek was completely vaporized, leaving a vacuum in its wake. The ground beneath the beam was forcibly plowed into a bottomless, charred trench tens of meters wide by the sheer radiant heat.

The blinding radiance of destruction swallowed Frieza's petite white silhouette in an instant.

An earth-shattering explosion followed, lighting up the entire hemisphere of the planet. The soundwaves were strong enough to shatter the eardrums of every living creature within a ten-mile radius, flattening the few remaining Namekian trees into splinters.

An extremely thick, dense pillar of smoke rushed over a thousand meters into the sky. This apocalyptic scene thoroughly split the sickly green sky of Namek in two, leaving a glowing, golden scar across the heavens.
