Lin Yue sat beside Mo Jinchen in the military jeep, headed to the county seat with him. From the moment he picked her up till now, he didn't let go of her hand. She wore a deep ruby cheongsam with golden embroidery. Her hair was pinned up with a cherry wood hair pin that had a ruby hanging from it in the shape of a moon. Mo Jinchen wore a military suit. As this was an important day, they dressed formally. "I plan to get photos taken for us to hang in our home. One large one for the front room and more intimate ones for my wallet. Is this alright with you?" Jinchen was still a military captain and he could be called to go on missions at anytime. He wanted to have something of his wife on him for those long nights away from her. "I am fine with that. I would be worried if you didn't ask for a wallet sized photo of me." Lin Yue knew that at this time intimate photos of spouses were making a splash in Japan. As long as they weren't too racy, the government allowed them.
The County seat was closed down, Mo Long stood at the entrance with his wife, waiting for Mo Jinchen and Lin Yue to arrive. "Did we have to close it to the public for this, husband? Yue'er might feel pressured." Mo Long sighed. It was tough being the Commander of the army. Even more so when you were the commander's only son. "This is so she will not become a spectacle for the public to gossip about. I do this for their sake."
The military jeep pulled up and stopped by the couple. Mo Jinchen got out then went around to help Lin Yue out. Wen Rong went forward and hugged her new daughter in law. "Your so beautiful in red my dear." Lin Yue smiled and held her embroidered fan in one hand and held Jinchen's hand with the other. Lin Yue blushed at Wen Rong's praise and said nothing. Another jeep pulled up and her parents and brothers stepped out of it. She smiled and accepted her mother's hug. "Yue-yue, be happy. Remember we will always be there if you need anything." Her mother spoke tearfully. General Lin shook Mo Jinchen's hand. "Take care of my treasure, kid." Mo Jinchen nodded. "I will Sir. She is my Moon, my Sun, my reason for breathing." Lin Yue blushed a bright red at his words. She felt the same with him. In both of her life times, he is the one man to make her feel safe. Mo Long lead the group into the civil affairs office and guided them to a hall. The only other person in the hall was the civil affairs clerk. The paperwork was seen to quickly and the registration book issued for their new household. Mo Jinchen took the time to update his military records with a spouse. After that, Mo Jinchen took his new wife to the Photography shop one street over. He had a wedding photo taken for the house. He stood behind Lin Yue with a hand on her shoulder, his eyes gentle and his lips held a slight smile, as she sat before him, her fan open and posed with her left hand in her lap and her legs tucked beneath the chair, her back was straight and her head tilted to the left, an innocent and gentle smile on her face. Once the main photo was taken, Mo Jinchen spoke to the photographer about a small wallet sized photo of his wife. He stood to one side and watched. "Madam, strike a pose for me." Lin Yue looked at Jinchen. She gave him a soft look and held up her fan. The golden fox embroidered on the white surface stood out against her red cheongsam. "Madam look at the camera."
"One moment sir." Mo Jinchen moved and stood just out of shot in front of the photographer. "Yue'er, look at me. Show me those eyes." Lin gave him a sweet and seductive smile. She leaned back in her chair a little. A slit appeared in the cheongsam, the black stocking on her right leg contrasting with her poised and pure look. Her eyes took on a mischievous sparkle. She looked ever bit the fox demon at this point. In her last life, Lin Yue modeled for extra money when her embroidery first took off. As this was for her husband's eyes only, she gave him her best fox demon impersonation. Mo Jinchen almost wanted to force the photographer out of the room when she looked at him like that. She was the perfect blend of innocence and seductress. Her pose showed no skin but it made you want to take off her dress and leave those black stockings on her long legs. The photographer took her picture quickly the had them pose together. Mo Jinchen sat in the chair and had Lin Yue standing between his long legs. His hands on her small waist. She turned her body slightly to look back at the Photographer. Mo Jinchen only looked at his wife. She was beautiful , posing for him. He kept his gaze on her ever changing expressions. She had a mischievous sparkle in her eyes and tiny grin graced her full red lips. She acted possessive of her prey. After they finished taking the photos, Mo Jinchen went to the counter to pay for them. "Your photos will be done in a few days. Come back then to collect them." Mo Jinchen nodded then took his wife's hand and lead her back to the lobby where their family waited.
"All done? How many did you take? Will we get to see them?" Lin Junkai spoke first. Lin Yue turned beet red with her blush. Mo Jinchen smiled secretly then answered his older brother in law. "We took three photos. One will grace the front room of the house. The other two are strictly for me. No one gets to see them." Jinchen was becoming possessive after the photo shoot. His wife was beautiful and gentle. Yet those poses she gave for his photos told him his wife would make his nights very warm. Junkai, Minqin and Yuqin gave him matching dark looks that said he was dead if he showed them to anyone. Mo Long looked at his son, wondering if he lost his brains on a mission somewhere. The General looked ready to murder him. The brothers continued to joke about the photos at the expense of Jinchen as the family made their way to a restaurant for dinner as a family to celebrate the happy couple. Next week was their ceremony. Wen Rong and Fu Ping spoke excitedly about decorating the house and how much work Lin Yue put into the wedding room's curtains and bedding. "She went with a fox and a wolf theme. To represent Ah-Chen and herself. The drapes for the bed are gorgeous, in dark teal, a golden yellow and red fabric. The embroidered scenes of a wolf chasing a fox through a bamboo forest are just beautiful. My daughter has gotten so much better these past few days." Fu Ping gushed to Wen Rong about her daughter and her talents.
