Ty's POV
I sat down smiling at the dining table as we all sat with my family. My mother and Regina are already eating the food that smells so good.
"How was sales today?" My mother asked me with a glint in her eyes.
"I'm so excited that I can barely eat. The grocery stores we opened up in the areas that needed it the most were a great idea. The fact that we are also slightly cheaper makes it even better. So far I have made about 50 percent of what I started with."
"I'm so proud of you." Mom said and I noticed that Regina is distracted.
"Thank you, Mom." I turned towards Regina. "Are you okay?"
She didn't even hear me and I was right that her mind wasn't even here with us.
"Regi!" She slightly jumped on her seat.
"Is everything okay?" She asked, confused.
"I should be asking you that. We barely spend time together, I would need you to tell me what's wrong."
She looked distraught. "I think I'm running crazy. Is it possible for someone to ride up from the dead?"
