"Fusae Group?"
Toru held the ginkgo leaf ornament in his hand and read the group name on the back.
Then, he took the laptop from the bedside table and opened Google to search.
"Fusae Group, founded 34 years ago. The current chairman is its founder, Fusae Campbell Kinoshita."
"Fusae founded this fashion design company in France 30 years ago and owns the Fusae brand."
"After 30 years of development, the brand has entered the high-end luxury field, is expanding globally, and joined the French Haute Couture Federation this year, gaining the qualification to create haute couture."
Toru lightly read the information he found on Google.
Below it was a photo of the founder, Fusae.
Although the founder was now over fifty and approaching sixty, judging from the photo, her appearance looked at most like someone in her early thirties.
However, this kind of appearance would not attract too much attention. Many wealthy movie stars spent money on medical aesthetics, and even at sixty or seventy, they could still look very young.
However, the listless aura of ordinary celebrities could not be hidden no matter what.
But this Fusae was completely different.
Toru frowned. He used the search engine again to look for photos of this woman in her twenties.
From the photos taken at two different ages, there were indeed changes in her appearance as she aged, but what truly made Toru feel a chill was the aura captured in the two photos, which showed almost no difference.
A slight change in appearance could still be attributed to the effects of technology.
But no change in aura was almost impossible.
People underwent psychological changes as they aged, and those psychological changes would naturally alter a person's aura.
Especially between a woman nearing sixty and a young woman in her twenties, the psychological states were absolutely vastly different.
Among everyone Toru knew, the only person who truly transcended age with no change in aura was Vermouth.
It was because she had taken the drug at her most beautiful age, stopping the flow of time.
Therefore, no matter how time passed, her physical body remained young, which brought about psychological stability, and thus her aura did not change.
Even the more mature, near-elderly aura of Sharon Vineyard was something Vermouth herself acted out.
"Boy, you've found the problem too, right?"
"Yes, this woman is very strange."
Toru continued searching for Fusae's information online, but found that there was very little information about her.
Vermouth said, "She rarely appears in front of the media and lives a reclusive life, and this kind of life started when she was forty."
"Rum doesn't know that I've discovered his true identity, so I used my abilities to secretly get close to him and found out about many of his financial flows."
"A part of the Organization's funds is related to this company. I also investigated Fusae's rise to prominence."
"From the very beginning, this group received financial support from top American financial conglomerates."
Vermouth's words served as a reminder to Toru.
If someone without connections wanted to get financial support from top American financial conglomerates, it would be very difficult.
Only well-known large companies or unicorn enterprises would receive investment from this type of conglomerate.
For a company like a fashion design company, you could not say they would never invest. After all, those conglomerates would not mind making less profit as long as they made money.
But they definitely would not invest funds in a startup company where the founder was an unknown nobody.
"The Kinoshita family is just a middle-class family. It's impossible for them to have the kind of resources needed to connect with top financial magnates."
Vermouth spoke again.
Toru took a deep breath.
There was a high probability that this Fusae was related to the Black Organization.
He did not know whether she was a member of the Black Organization or just a front.
She should not be related to Rum's side. More likely, she was related to That Person, who was deeply hidden behind the scenes of the Black Organization. Perhaps she was That Person's spokesperson.
"Vermouth, how is your investigation into the Organization's financial situation and Rum's relationships going?"
"Rum's relationships are easy to investigate. I'm also an old member of the Organization, and I know most of the important members."
"But financial relationships are very difficult to investigate. This involves the fundamental survival of the Organization and is the absolute power held by Rum. It's not that simple to sort out these things."
Seeing Toru's furrowed brows, Vermouth said worriedly, "What's wrong, Boy? You seem a bit impatient."
Toru nodded gently. "I have a feeling that I can't wait any longer. I must get the support of a strong and powerful Organization to allow me to get involved in the upcoming disputes."
"The American presidential election is about to begin, the world's hidden situation is turbulent and unpredictable, and many true or false rumors are circulating."
"And to get involved in this, I absolutely cannot do it with my current abilities. Even my family, the Fujiwara family, is just an insignificant nobody in the face of such international forces."
"Japan is a castrated society. Even if the Fujiwara family has a thousand-year history and possesses great capital in Japan's political circles, it's useless."
"Japan's true Emperor is not in the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, but in the American bases."
Japan was just America's pawn, and it was even tied with a leash. What the Fujiwara family had was quite awkward. They could not get out of Japan and could only show off their power on their own little plot of land.
This was actually the same as the Shinomiya family. They were somewhat influential domestically, but on the international stage, they were nothing.
South Korea's Samsung Group could occupy such a large market internationally, but as long as you studied the structure of the Samsung Group, you would know that most of the Samsung Group's profits were taken away by those large American conglomerates.
This was also the reason why Samsung Group was qualified to compete internationally, because the top American conglomerates could get enough benefits from it.
"...You want to make a move on Rum?"
"That's right. After getting the full age identification system, I plan to eliminate Rum."
"But we don't control the entire Organization's finances. The Organization is likely to fall apart."
Vermouth said this worriedly.
Toru smiled mysteriously. "Vermouth, actually, there are some things we need to think about from a different perspective."
"Even I can see that Rum has ulterior motives. Can't his close associates and the core members of the Organization see it?"
"We'll get rid of Rum, and then directly split the Organization in his name. Those who followed Rum will follow us, and those who followed That Person will follow That Person who never shows his face."
"Even if we fail, it will be attributed to Rum's ambition. What does that have to do with us?"
Toru's words made Vermouth fall into deep thought.
She found that her thinking was indeed not flexible enough.
They did not necessarily have to replace the power Rum held in the Organization. They could also replace Rum and directly rebel against and split the Organization!
Toru asked again, "Vermouth, tell me, are there more people following Rum, or more people following That Person?"
Vermouth pondered for a moment and slowly said, "There must be more people following Rum, except for a very small number of people who have a direct line of contact with That Person."
"Most of the remaining Organization cadres and members were promoted by Rum. The fact that the Organization has developed to its current state is all thanks to Rum, and it actually has nothing to do with That Person."
Toru laughed. "This is the price of not showing your face and not participating. It seems mysterious, but in reality, it has long lost its majesty!"
"The plan has changed. Get the full age identification system, immediately take care of Rum, and control the Organization!"
(To be continued.)
