The two siblings didn't say anything else, they just drove home.
Sutton hadn't gone to bed yet and was on the phone in the living room.
Seeing them return, he quickly waved them over.
"How did it go today?"
"It went well, Grandpa. My mom finally accepted that we know about her illness. I can accompany her tomorrow."
Stella said, stepping forward to hold Sutton's hand, "Grandpa, do you want to visit her too? She's lost so much weight recently, it breaks my heart to see her like this."
"If I go, will it upset her? Her mood is the most important thing right now."
"It shouldn't, right? My mom's mood is relatively good, and she has her own worries. My brother and I are the culprits, it's not related to you."
As Stella spoke, she shook Sutton's hand gently, "Grandpa, want to go together?"
"How about I see how it goes tomorrow and then visit?"
Sutton directed this question to Stellan.
Stellan nodded, "Sure, if you want to go, go ahead. She would probably be very happy."
