Stellan shook his head, poured him a drink, and said nothing.
"Is it like I said? Eve doesn't want you to know she's pregnant?"
"Hmm, pretty much."
Stellan paused for a moment, then looked at Ethan very seriously.
"If it were you, what would you do in this situation?"
Ethan frowned at the words, "Of course I'd choose my wife. She's the one you're spending your life with. Moms are just trying to satisfy their control freak tendencies."
"Especially Ellison."
Ethan sighed helplessly and poured Stellan a drink, "Looks like you're the one who should have a couple of drinks now."
Stellan shook his head, "She's pregnant, I have to take good care of her. I'm not going out for social gatherings anymore. Everything revolves around her."
"If Eve knew you were such a good husband, she wouldn't be able to resist running away with your child."
Ethan said, patting his shoulder, "Anyway, my advice to you now is to first deal with Ellison. Once she gives in, nothing will be a problem."
