Gigi Thorne was about to say more when her phone suddenly rang. She glanced at the caller ID, her smile unstoppable, then stood up, "Sister Eve, Lucas wants me to go downstairs. You two chat for a bit first, come down and play later! If there's anything, just message me, okay?"
"Alright."
Eve Sherman nodded.
"Are she really your former colleague?"
After Gigi left, Claire Lynn got up to close the door tightly, "It's too obvious."
Eve Sherman sighed helplessly, "It's a headache."
"These young girls, their ambitions are sky-high. While having aspirations is good, the most feared are those who are too ambitious. Are you close to her?"
"I used to mentor her, sort of like her entry mentor."
