KAC-2021 is a humanoid entity presently manifesting in the form of a youthful horned female with long silver hair, yellow eyes, and a black avian companion that remains in persistent proximity.
Within KAC records, however, KAC-2021 is treated as a "sealed intelligent catastrophe": a devil-god whose original authority was bound by an unknown force before discovery, and whose most dangerous attribute is not just raw destructive output, but a cognition and intelligence of such scale and speed that entire futures can be selected, denied, or reorganized before lesser minds recognize that choice was ever made available or possible.
KAC-2021 refers to its restraints as "shackles," but has never identified the force that imposed them. It claims only that the seal was not designed to imprison its body, but to reduce the amount of reality it was allowed to understand at once.

The KAC became aware of the entity after three separate predictive disasters occurred across a two-week span.
First, a remote government archive burned down six minutes after a classified request for its contents was approved. Second, a containment transfer convoy rerouted itself along a road that had not existed on any local map twenty-four hours earlier. Third, a mathematics professor with no known anomalous history carved the phrase:
"SHE HAD ALREADY CALACULATED OUR EXISTENCE BEFORE WE ARRIVED"
This was before the victim suffered terminal cerebral hemorrhage and died.
Initial KAC investigation found no direct link between the incidents beyond one recurring symbol: a horned, childlike silhouette sketched absentmindedly into margins, dust, fogged mirrors, and thermal soot. Yet all sealed doors were open when KAC personnel arrived, not by forced entry, but because every locking mechanism had been disassembled, rearranged, and reinserted in working order according to a more elegant internal architecture than the original manufacturer had used.
At the lowest chamber, KAC personnel found what would be known as KAC-2021, seated atop a broken astrolabe ring with wrists and throat wrapped in black geometric restraints (resembling cuffs) that emitted an energy signature that could not be measured by ordinary systems. A single crow also remained at the entity's shoulder as well, seemingly keeping the entity company ij its lonesomeness. The chamber walls were also covered in dense symbolic writing.

The wall text was not random mathematics. It was a complete, sequential transcript of the KAC entry operation, including:

- the exact spoken lines,

The working title "Demon of Laplace" was not chosen for aesthetic reasons. It reflects the entity's apparent relationship to causality and information. KAC-2021 behaves as though every system—physical, social, theological, mathematical, strategical, biological, and or historical—can be rendered into a solvable state. The central horror is that, in its case, perception seems effectively sufficient by default.
KAC has recorded the following intelligence feats, all verified by cross-division review:
1. The Observatory Transcript Event
Prior to first contact, KAC-2021 wrote a full operational transcript of the entry team's mission before they entered the chamber. This included private route selection logic, future dialogue, biometric failure, and revised tactical suggestions. KAC-2021 is arrogant, verbally combative, and often contemptuous of conventional authority. It enjoys humiliating those it considers intellectually lazy. It is especially dismissive toward ritualists, ideologues, and commanders who mistake command for understanding.
However, KAC-2021 is not impulsive.
It is patient to a degree that suggests either extreme age or an utterly non-human relationship to time. It can remain silent for weeks, then dismantle a room with one sentence.
The entity shows strong preference for:
