In the Spirit Hall branch of the Rivelio Duchy of the Star Luo Empire,
a cardinal stood before Qian Renyue, reporting on the information they had uncovered regarding the Holy Spirit Cult. Qian Renyue, seated in the superior position, wore a grave expression.
This cardinal's name was Bernard, originally the deputy to the Platinum Bishop of the Rivelio Duchy branch.
